the cabin was absolutely perfect! great views and you felt right in the middle of nature...but the BEST part was that only an 8 min drive down the mountain was a super walmart. Perfect to get things to cook on the wonderful grill that was there and smore ingredients to use at the fire pit. Down town blue ridge was only a gew miles further than that so the location was perfect. The place was extremely clean and felt very homey. The jacuzzi, solar lights and deck down to the fire pit look like recent upgrades. This will definitely be our new go to home away from home when we go to Blue Ridge.

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the wild goat that visited us almost everyday! The house was beautiful and more spacious than we thought from the photos. Would definitely stay again!

Very peaceful stay for 4 adults just before new years. The woodburning stove was helpful for chilly nights, and the hot tub was enjoyed. Murphy and the surrounding areas are wonderful to explore. Would visit again sometime.

The house was amazing! Pictures were very accurate. Nice welcoming basket of goodies and a bottle of wine. Very nice touch! Sauna and hot tub were clean and very usable. The dogs had a blast! Very nice fenced yard and back area. One block off Main Street, walking distance to all of downtown, plenty of restaurants and bars, less than a mile to grocery store. I have already referred this to three families who are interested, and we will be back! Erica was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive, courteous and friendly.

The home was beautifully decorated for the holidays making us feel at home from the start. The home had all the amenities needed and very clean. Laura was a great host providing information on what to do in the area and responses to any questions we had. Had an a time! A wonderful way to start the New Year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blissful Point. It was easy to find and we felt welcome from the moment we walked in. It was exactly like the photos —very clean, cozy & had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. We really appreciated the welcome note & snacks too. It’s located in a great spot that is quiet & peaceful, but still an easy drive to downtown Ellijay (grocery, restaurants & shopping). We had a great time hiking on a nearby trail, visiting some local wineries (Roo Mtn was our favorite), and exploring the beautiful scenery around Ellijay & Blue Ridge. Such a great place to relax & unwind. We highly recommend Blissful Point & would love to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and the first night a bad storm came through. The next morning after checking the place for any damage and picking up some the lawn chairs that got disbursed I notified the owners and they were do appreciative

This was a nice little peaceful spot, close to town and very cozy home for the weekend. It had all the essentials, good AC, a comfy bed, and a great location. There's a full kitchen, everything is clean and well decorated and there's space enough for 5 adults and a pup. We loved our time in Blue Ridge!

Will was an amazing host, very proactive on communication. The place was gorgeous, we were sad that we couldn't stay longer than one night (due to our schedule) because it just was the cutest little vacation spot. We do plan on coming back and staying longer next time. Thank you so much Will for everything!

Omg, this may be one of the best stays I have ever had. I took a solo relaxing trip and Ms Joy eased my anxiety. She answered whatever question I had, no matter the time or day. Her home was so beautiful, relaxing, peaceful, and accommodating. She also supplied other necessities you may have needed, in case you left it at home. I cannot wait til I can return.

Just everything at Don's place was remarkable, from the friendly greeting by the Co-host, Shelia, the ease of check-in after a tiring trip from Florida, the spotless cottage, the beautiful and comfortable furniture and the gift basket of goodies, including wine, cheese, cheesecake, fruit, crackers, and stocked refrigerator full of special treats like steak sauces, barbeque sauce, catsup and mustard packets, jellies, pizza, Texas toast, and breakfast sandwiches. You will also enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood only interrupted occasionally by the call of the rooster down the street. And the incredible pasture behind the cottage, the firepit, the back porch - just an absolutely amazing place and perfect getaway, a home away from home in the mountains. It doesn't get better than this. And our two chihuahuas agree. They loved their walks around the cottage on the grassy grounds and being back inside the warm cottage, watching TV with us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Misty Mountain Trailside Retreat cabin. We've vacationed in the area several times but the cabin we've stayed at in the past isn't pet friendly and we wanted to bring our two little pups with us. I can't speak for all of Misty Mountain's cabins but the Trailside Retreat cabin is pet friendly. The only thing I will caution people about is the loft. If you have mobility issues, small dogs, or senior dogs, use caution when going up the stairs. The stairs are narrow and steep to maximize cabin space and they are open back so a small pet could potentially fall while going up them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we will be visiting Misty Mountain cabins again.

We had a great weekend stay! The property is well maintained and clean. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked; and the extras such as makeup remover wipes, and plenty of washcloths, towels, and blankets were nice touches. We would definitely stay here again! The creek is beautiful and so peaceful.

Second time staying at the property and my dog loves it! The yard is great and the cabin super cozy with all the amenities you need for yourself and your furry friend.

Get ready for family time, fellowship, good feelings, and lots of fun in this beautiful home. This house exceeded our expectations! It was easy to find, in a quiet, but not secluded neighborhood-as a group of ladies, we didn’t want to be secluded-close to our favorite McCaysville, Ga restaurant, an easy drive on paved roads to our other destinations, Blue Ridge and Mercier Orchards, and it was absolutely gorgeous and warm and comfortable inside. We were able to eat and gather together in the spacious living, dining, and family rooms. We spent a lot of our evening togetherness time in the family room! We had plenty room in there to practice our line dancing and yoga and watch television shows and college football games. Downstairs is the third full bath and another hang-out spot with several games and a ping pong table, which we had tons of fun playing! All three bedrooms were located on the same floor, which was a plus for us so we could stay close to each other in an unfamiliar place.

I want to give a 10-star rating, but the system only gives me five 🌟. Robin's family is very friendly and knowledgeable. We can talk about all new things together. Their dog is also very friendly and I can't let it go. There are also two cute donkeys on their farm. Every morning when I wake up, I want to say hello to them. In short, I will come here again. It is a quiet, beautiful and charming environment. I wish you all the best!

The most perfect place for a relaxed and quiet getaway! My husband and I drove up here from Florida for our honeymoon. It was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable that we felt right at home. We hardly left the cabin, there was plenty to do right there. Canoeing on the lake with our dog was the highlight of the trip. 10/10 would stay again.

Was everything described. Have stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years. This is a home away from home that we will navigate back to each year. Our lab loved the yard & the lake. Perfect location for hiking & adventures. Thank you Phyllis.

This house is brand new, super clean, and very well organized for my stay. It’s right on top of a mountain and really quiet. Back deck looks through a filtered view of the mountains through trees. Be aware that my Apple iPhone GPS to this address took me to a different mountain top. Google maps correctly mapped it.

The stay was exactly what we expected. Sarah was very responsive and helpful. This is a 3 min drive to Hawkesdene so worked perfect for our purpose and visit. Very comfortable, clean, and peaceful stay.

We had a great time time at Lane’s cottage. Lane is a fantastic host, she responded quickly to all messages I sent during our stay. The cottage is beautiful, updated and very clean. I will definitely return when I’m in the area again. Definitely a great place to spend time with family or friends!
