We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

Located in a quiet, secluded location on the mountain, the property offers the perfect retreat after a day of work or a relaxing starting point for excursions into the nature of the region. Nature trails in the surrounding area invite you to take walks and do outdoor activities. Free parking is available right in front of the house, also suitable for vans.

Our modern chalet in the beautiful Lachtal has 2 bedrooms for 4 to max. 6 people (additional sofa bed in one of the bedrooms), 2 shower rooms, a sauna, a cozy living-dining area with fireplace and a dream view of the mountains! The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances, including a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Each bedroom is equipped with Swiss pine beds for restful and healthy sleep. In winter, we recommend snow chains!
