The 4-person cottage (85 m2) is located on the property, on a landscaped and enclosed garden of almost 2 hectares. La P'tite Maison is located in the countryside with outdoor terrace and parking and has just been recently furnished (5 minutes from Epaignes, 15 minutes from Pont-Audemer and 30 minutes from the Normandy beaches). The accommodation: a main living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, a master bedroom (electric bed in two parts) with dressing room and a single bed. In the heart of a bicentennial estate of 5 ha with swimming pool, occupied by horses, donkeys, sheep, dogs, a small Norman house will welcome you in an authentic cabin style.
