Sophies Villa liegt in einem Hinterhof, mitten in der Stadt. Im unteren Wohnbereich findest du eine Couch, die man ausziehen kann, einen Tisch und 2 Stühle, TV und einen kleinen Küchenbereich. Über eine steile Treppe gelangt man in den Schlafbereich und zum Bad. Da die Treppe sehr steil ist, ist sie nicht für Menschen geeignet, die in ihrer Bewegung eingeschränkt sind. Diese Unterkunft ist auch nicht für Kinder und Kleinkinder geeignet, es keine Sicherheitsabspeerungen im oberen Bereich gibt.

Our vacation home in Vogelgesang in modern, linear architecture with a living space of 67 m² is located not far from the German Wine Route. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen, radio and Wi-Fi. From the living area you have a magnificent view of the garden and can make yourself comfortable in the middle of fruit trees and roses in the deck chair or use the terrace. Das Appartment ist ein umgebauter Schuppen, erschlossen über eine steile Treppe. Es befindet sich ein kleiner Eingangsbereich im EG mit Kleiderschrank und Sitzgelegenheit. Das Obergeschoss hat einen kleinen Wohn-/Schlafbereich mit kleiner Küche, Sitzgelegenheit und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.

Small natural oasis on the outskirts of Stuttgart-Rohr/Vaihingen and yet conveniently located. The "Rohr" S-Bahn station is just 300 meters away. From there, the airport and the trade fair as well as the university can be reached in 10 minutes by S-Bahn, while the musical theater and Stuttgart city center can be reached in 20 minutes. An idyllic forest with beautiful walking paths, a playground and running tracks is only 100 meters away.

Quiet living in 1-room apartment with kitchen

You will stay in a 24 square meter living/bedroom (bed 180 x 200) with exit to your own seating area in the garden. A bright kitchen (17 square meters) with electric stove, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, and dining area. It is possible to install another mattress or a crib. The entire apartment, and the shower in the newly designed bathroom is barrier-free. The door from the kitchen to the bathroom is 68 cm wide.

Unsere mit Holz beheizte Faßsauna ist mit der Naturdusche bei unseren Gästen sehr beliebt. Die Sauna kann kostenpflichtig gebucht werden. Auch Frühstück kann auf Anfrage dazu gebucht werden

Cozy cottage

Our quiet cottage was a former barn, which we lovingly converted into a small maisonette. It offers a nice, quiet place for 2-4 people. The house is supervised by my parents Rainer & Ursula, who also speak a little English and French. They'll also be your point of contact on site, welcoming you. The garden is private.
