We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

Séjour parfait avec une vue incroyable ! L'appartement était très calme, et la vue, absolument époustouflante. L'accueil de Nathalie était chaleureux, et j'ai vraiment apprécié la propreté impeccable et l'agencement bien pensé de l'appartement. J'ai été ravie de mon séjour et je le recommande vivement !

Un moment juste magnifique..Appartement avec une décoration de dingue, j'avais jamais vue cela... A refaire en été pour utiliser la terrasse.

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

Séjour très agréable, bien accueilli, Janet nous a dit " c'est comme à la maison" , et c'était le cas. Cadre magnifique au pied des montagnes. Le studio est très sympa pour une famille de 4 personnes et très bien équipé. Un grand merci à Janet pour son accueil chaleureux et ses précieux conseils.

Le logement est d'une propreté impeccable, il y a tout le confort et l'environnement est magnifique et calme. Hôte très réactive, je recommande et compte bien y revenir.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement est magnifique, très propre et bien équipé, avec un jacuzzi qui offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Tout était conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux, avec des hôtes très accueillant ! Je recommande vivement ce lieu pour un moment de détente en pleine nature. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Élisabeth et Frédéric : location propre, pratique, très bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter du spa face à la montagne. Tout était parfait, même la météo! Élisabeth et Frédéric étaient de très bons conseils et disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Il est sûr que Florence et Nicolas ont le sens de l'accueil !!... Petit lodge... mais suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes et un bébé, très propre, bien équipé (tout a été pensé pour garantir le maximum de confort à chacun) et même joliment décoré.. avec de vastes ouvertures s'ouvrant sur une belle nature environnante, très calme... On s'y sent immédiatement à l'aise... Nous n'avons pas vu passer la semaine... Nous devrons donc sans doute revenir pour peut-être cette fois-ci croiser nos sympathiques hôtes...

Absolument génial ! Maison atypique parfaitement rénovée avec des matériaux de bonne qualité. Une adresse que je vais garder tout en haut de mon agenda pour mes prochaines tournées dans le secteur.

We had a wonderful holiday in Anaelle's house. The house is very cozy, clean and decorated with taste and love. From the first minute we felt at home. The place is very quiet and we spent wonderful evenings on the terrace overlooking Revard. It is very nice to have a bakery and a cheese factory nearby. There is a very nice restaurant nearby. All this made our holiday very comfortable and unforgettable. Communication with Anaelle was very friendly. Everything was magical. Thank you Anaelle and Etienne.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great place, just as described. The washer/dryer was broken upon arrival but they made an option for us to do our laundry elsewhere in the building as well as giving us a discounted rate on the nightly rate. The apartment was nice and quiet. Christine was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

I had the most wonderful stay with Laure! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish — she really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. The location was absolutely perfect — peaceful and safe, yet just minutes away from shops, cafés, and transport links. It made getting around so convenient, whether I was exploring or just relaxing. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully kept, and full of thoughtful little touches that made such a difference. It was quiet, cozy, and had such a calming energy — I genuinely looked forward to coming back every evening. Laure is an amazing host — kind, attentive, and respectful of your space. Super appartement avec une vue vraiment imprenable..

Super séjour avec une vue incroyable depuis le balcon ! L’appartement est très bien situé (facile d’accès), dans un bel environnement apaisant, offrant de belle promenades à pied. À quelques minutes du belvédère de la Chambotte, idéal pour admirer un coucher de soleil spectaculaire. Parfait pour deux personnes, l’appartement est équipé de tout le nécessaire, avec quelques petits plus appréciables ! Un grand merci à l’hôte, qui est à l’écoute, réactif et flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ. Je recommande à 100 % !

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
