Excellent location: feet in the sand on a beautiful beach in Le Lavandou. Accommodation in a very quiet residence. Private parking which is very nice, especially in busy periods. Pierre is a very good host who responds very quickly to messages and adapts to his guests. Michèle the concierge is also friendly.

Such a relaxing and perfect place! We stayed in 4 people and was so comfortable, relaxing. Everything super clean, everything we needed to cook and enjoy. Super well decorated by the way! Beautiful view from the window in the side. The host was perfect, responsive, extremely friendly. I loved it! I would come back anytime!

Spacious condo for my husband and myself, could easily accommodate more people. Tastefully decorated, nicely fitted closets and well equipped kitchen - new appliances. The balcony is large. As other guests have mentioned you do hear cars, but you are within walking distance of the main area without the noise of the bars, etc. Cross the road and dip your toes in the sea! It's a great spot to enjoy the sun

The apartment is very charming, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view from the window and the small balcony is spectacular at any time of day, just fantastic. Within walking distance you were very quickly in the small lovely town or even on the beach. We had a wonderfully relaxing time. The hosts are very courteous and helpful and easily accessible at all times. Thanks so much for this. We can recommend the Sardinette without restriction. Location is exceptionally nice.

We were hosted very well, the environment is very quiet and relaxing. The coffee bean machine is a nice extra, it's a very valuable piece of equipment for us. The bioclimatic pergola allows you to stay outside at all hours. I would recommend Stephane's place

It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Home on the water is beautiful! Very comfortable, beautiful decoration and spotless. Well stocked kitchen for all your needs, great linens, comfortable beds. Parking right outside the door was very convenient. Anaïs was very responsive and friendly, easy communication.

The villa is very beautiful, though it lacks in details. For instance, we booked the villa for 7 people and they only left 1 nespresso tab for the coffee machine. Plus there was no showergel or bathroom mat. Also the bed linen in one bed had a big stain. When we arrived at 11.30pm at night we had to call the host via facetime to get the exact location of the key lock and of the villa. It would have been a lot easier if he would have sent us a photo beforehand of the villa location and key lock. But he responded fast so it was ok after all. All in all it was great but there’s room For improvement.

Great stay with friends, the house is better than in the photos. Very nice place to spend a weekend or a quiet holiday in an environment full of greenery. Do it again without hesitation.

Thoroughly enjoyed exploring Cotignac- beautiful location and locals extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the village and other villages close by. Parking difficult but we managed each night to find the last space. Followed some of Cameron's recommendations for activities which we thoroughly enjoyed. Hot water bottles provided for colder nights. A unique experience that we will treasure . We had everything we needed. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity and memorable stay. Thank you to Barbara and Dominique for the flexibility of the schedules, their attentions: cold drinks, among other things, and this impeccable accommodation. Not only does it have a beautiful sea view but inside the decoration is very nice and it has all the necessary amenities. It's great! We stayed in the residence to do a Padel internship. The grounds are close and the complex is beautiful. We hope to be back soon.

If you’re looking for pure heaven in Saint Maxime, you must stay at this gorgeous, tastefully decorated top-floor studio right across the street from the beach. AMAZING! 🤩 We were comfy, and had more than we needed (including a beach umbrella and mat, yay!) to enjoy the area. The view of the sea is knock- out beautiful. Restaurants right on the beach with everything good to offer. The hosts are warm, welcoming, and so helpful to explain how to make full use of the amenities. A must stay if you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and close- proximity to all the wonders of this charming French Riviera town. The ferrys to St. Tropez and Ports Grimaud are an easy 10-minute walk. I could write a tome. Traveling alone or as a couple, this is the superlative place to go “ahhh”.

As always, I enjoyed this place very much. I’m returning each time when visiting Saint Tropez. Quiet apartement , beautiful location right near the center and a great swimming pool makes from this place a home you don’t wanna leave.

Thanks to Matthieu for hosting us and for his nice, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. We particularly enjoyed the marina environment, the secure but very easy access to the apartment (codes) and the quiet (especially in the evening). We'll be back without hesitating.

We had a wonderful stay here. Truly one of the best patio views we’ve ever had. The location is also perfect for access to the town and beaches.

I liked staying at this place, it was nice and clean. The only problem we encountered is that we couldn’t find anywhere to eat breakfast. Other than that everything was as expected and I would recommend this place for anyone that would like to stay in a cute and modern apartment near the sea!
