Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Possibility of visits to Puisaye (Guédelon, Moulin Blot, Saint Amand en Puisaye, Château de Ratilly...) and the surrounding area (Clamecy, La Charité sur Loire, Cosne sur Loire, Donzy...). Easy access and lots of hikes possible from the house. Friendly welcome but not intrusive. Small peaceful haven for a stopover or a short stay. House located next to a church that rings the hours.

This typical Burgundy stone building, completely renovated in 2024 and located in the heart of Chablis, offers absolute calm. With a surface area of 80 m2, it is spacious, warm and comfortable, and it has a charming outdoor space. This house is ideal in any season, with a pellet stove in winter and natural air conditioning in summer, both for relaxing and for visiting Chablis. All shops, restaurants, wine cellars and estates are within immediate walking distance.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. There is plenty to do in the nearby area. Walks in nature (Grande Randonee) or old towns. Lakes and rivers. Wine routes and good food. Rent bicycles or canoes. Churches (Basilica of Vezelay) and Castles. Or relax reading a book on your terrace with great views.

La Barboulotte accommodates up to 5 people. Open kitchen to living/dining room. Sofa/bed 140 x 190.
