Skansehage

Stay on a magical 150 m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° views of the water, its own swimming ladder and 200 meters to the subway. Skansehage is a 32-meter long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry to a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Or use the large enclosed common area with barbecue and play facilities. The apartment is peacefully located facing the park, but it is only a two-minute walk to Istedgade, Vega, Metro, Enghave Plads and the many beautiful opportunities in Vesterbro and in the City. 3 Bedrooms - one with a loft for children, the others with spacious double beds.

It is perfect for couples, friends or a young family, as the second bedroom has a sofa bed that can fit two. The building is from 2021 and has an elevator and paid parking in the basement.

Enjoy a cozy bohemian experience at this centrally-located place. Only minutes walk from Enghave Plads with lots of cafes, restaurants, metro and nightlife. Tucked away, just next to a lush park. You won’t get any of the nightlife sounds during your stay, yet you are within walking distance from it all on Vesterbro. Central station if merely a 15 minute walk, or the nearest metro is just a few minutes walk away. This is my full time home and I rent out when on vacation. It is fully functional.
