Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Engenho Beach

Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. The leisure area has a beautiful and well treated garden with a beautiful lawn by the pool. The 02 refrigerators are also very functional. The bedroom is wc on the ground floor is great for people with limited mobility, as was the case with my parents. We recommend it.

The house is beautiful , cozy, spacious and without frills. All equipped, utensils even more than expected. Without doubt a place for those who want tranquility, relax and feel at ease!! I went with the family and everyone loved even my little doghals. The Hosts (Mr. Fábio and Mr. Anderson) and the homemade Sr. Francisco are wonderful and attentive people. We will definitely return.

The house is excellent and the condominium wonderful. The highlight of the house is the support of Lene, who was super cool and helped us feel at home. Clean pool, good barbecue and the condominium with many things to do. The house is at the end of the condo, but there are vacancies from the condo itself near the beach to drive us.

Quiet place and very cozy easy to reach just two minutes walking from the beach, it was an amazing and enjoyable experience.

I loved the days we spent in São Sebastião, the experience was wonderful from beginning to end, very helpful and attentive host (Mr. Douglas) We used the pool, common space, very good, location is great with good shopping structure, easy access to beaches, we want to go back! We loved the place, an impeccable, clean duplex, close to the beach, fantastic leisure area, close to the feirinha and the mall, quiet. Host was kind, quickly matched our needs when we needed it. The place is all surrounded by safety net I thought it was great for those with children, nice neighborhood, and the place was all equipped, even dishwasher had it! Anyway we like it a lot and want to come back?

We like it all, well assembled apartment, very clean and with all necessary infrastructure. We were 9 guests and we were very well accommodated. Very good, well cared for and very organized condominium, whether in the building premises or in the beach service, attentive and polite staff. The only observation I make is in relation to the parking spaces, which are difficult to access and narrow. In addition, I strongly recommend this property and we will definitely return at another opportunity.

The appartement is a grace and has everything we need to make sure we feel at home. The building is well located, close to the peatonal entrance of the Riviera de São Lourenço, the beach and a nice shop next door (there is a must-visit artisanal bakery, by the way). For those who enjoy nature, the beach of Itaguaré is wonderful and we can still take our pets. Thanks to Simone, always very attentive! Indico the property.

Our stay was a week and it was amazing... the apartment is perfect... the cleanliness impeccable, we were delighted with everything. The location is also great, close to the beach, close to the mall and several other attractions. Monica is a super attentive host, she left nothing to be desired. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and with a great outdoor space. The pool is delicious and it was clean. It is less than 10min walking from the beach, markets and restaurants. We had a small problem with the water pump but Kathia promptly asked a trusted person to come to solve the issue. I highly recommend the site!

It was all amazing! The house is even more beautiful and cozy than in the pictures, plus it's super equipped with everything we need for a sensational stay! From leisure to the comfort of the rooms. The hosts were super helpful all the time and the big highlight goes to Fernanda and Cris. They made our stay even more special, with all the care and whim in the dishes we asked for, in addition to the delights they did and everything with a lot of organization and sympathy! Everything we needed (and more) was served by these dear sisters. The homemade Pelé is also pure sympathy and promptness! We will definitely return more often!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight

We had an amazing experience at Fábio's house! The location is great, close to the village, the surrounding beaches are simply paradisiac, and the house itself is wonderful. I would especially like to highlight the breathtaking view of the pool, which is a separate spectacle. Another point that made all the difference in our stay was dear Lena. She is extremely attentive and cook very well. Do you know that homemade and very tasty food that is like a warm hug? Lena's food goes like this. For those who rent the house of Fábio, I strongly recommend hiring the services of Lena. She made us feel at home! Also, Ilhabela is a charming destination, and we will certainly return to the house of the Fabio at a next opportunity. We highly recommend it!
