Vacation rentals with a patio in Engenho Beach

The space is very well organized and clean. It had everything we needed for three days. My wife and I felt at home. The space is located in a side street in the middle of the historic center of São Sebastião, so it is possible to visit the entire historic center on foot, without any difficulty. In addition, there are markets, bakeries, shops and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. The parking provided is very useful. Driele was a great host, gave very useful local tips and we were able to have a great experience this first time in São Sebastião.

Apartment with impeccable organization and cleanliness, close to the beach and with all the amenities to accommodate, including two 1-year-old babies. It fully corresponds to the description and is even more beautiful and organized than the photos. The service provided by Rafaella and Jaime is a separate item: they are extremely attentive, give all the instructions and attend to everything that is possible. Place to always stay.

The apt is exactly as in the pictures. Very spacious and airy, not to mention the beautiful ocean view. Really right on the sand, my father who has mobility issues had no problem getting to the beach. Shopping 850 meters away. The caretaker's kindness and attention stood out. We'll definitely be back.

The studio is super cozy and clean! It's a short walk from downtown and the beach, and it's a very quiet street to walk on. Even if the parking spots on the street are open, there are several cameras, which is reassuring in terms of safety. Everything in the studio was impeccably clean and fully matches the listing! Tamie was super nice and helped us with what we needed, always responding quickly!! We loved it!

Perfect location, easy to live incredible moments. Perfect reception by the building staff, all very kind. The host is always present and quick to respond. Super friendly and participatory. I stayed a week and highly recommend it.

The House is exactly like the discretion of the listing and photos. Large house, large rooms, airy, very well equipped and structured, we do not miss anything in our stay. The outdoor area is the strong point, large pool, integrated barbecues, swinging and toys for children, as well as a beautiful garden. Fabiana always requests, and promptly answered my questions. The region is very quiet, close to the beach, around 7 min. walk. we were with children, and we didn't use a car to go to the beach. I recommend your stay, an excellent cost benefit to the area and structure offered!

Everything was as advertised and Alessandra was always very available to help us! It was worth every penny paid!

Since the closing, the experience has already started incredible! Lilian was super agile and attentive, and soon connected us with Daiane, who would help us with the check-in and everything. Daiane, by the way, was impeccable: always quick to respond, proactive and very helpful. He welcomed us warmly and helped us with everything we needed. The house is perfect! We will definitely be back — and we recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful stay, the place is perfect for spending time with structure and privacy close to the Atlantic Forest but at the same time having the beach nearby! We barbecued, watched Netflix and enjoyed everything it did with a little rain! City Hall would put a light on the part of the bathtub for the night, but we used some candles and tell you it got even better! Leonardo always polite and respond fast! Very good stay, I recommend 100% and would come back!

Excellent location and property. I always had feedback from the owner. Cozy homes. Too bad about the sand. Many utensils, bed linen, towel. I had zero concerns. I spent four nights. Quiet and charming place. Lots of birds and a great beach. Beach access with private entrance. Table, chair and umbrella available. Educated and receptive workers.

We really liked Patricia's house! It had everything we needed and even more with games and such! The only important thing is that there is no filter available, so the water would have to be brought, otherwise, very beautiful and super organized house, comfortable beds and location also good and safe!

I usually go to the island whenever I can to recharge my batteries. This time, out of season in the middle of the cold, I chose this retreat to celebrate my birthday. The Ponta da Sela condominium is an incredible place in itself. I always stay here. There is a fishing spot that loves to see the sunset there, among many wonders of nature preserved in the place. Veronica's house is a surreal place, an impeccable house with a beautiful infinity pool, the house is very nice and private, for those who have pets it is all fenced in the yard, Veronica answered me very well by phone, a flexible person, gave me a small discount, was flexible at Check-in and check-out, of all the houses we stayed in Ponta da Sela, Veronica's was by far the best experience we had, the house is mega complete, with many utensils, in short, I would spend hours writing how good this experience was! Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again, but everything was perfect, thank you
