Surrounded by forest and meadow, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, mushroom and berry pickers will get their money's worth. An inspirational space for creative people! Welcome to this spacious and serene space. The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

If you are looking for peace, want to enjoy nature and simply relax, this is the place to be. The cute Catrin vacation home is newly renovated and offers everything a vacationer's heart desires with its cozy country house style charm. Hiking and biking trails are right outside the door. Cologne is easily accessible by car or train. The icing on the cake is the sauna, the fireplace and the Pipo circus wagon, where you can paint, make music or relax.

Sun loungers, a SuP and a kayak are available there.

With a separate entrance and parking, you will find your peace and relaxation in a bright and quiet atmosphere. Shopping and restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive, while the center of Cologne is a 30-minute drive.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
