It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits.

In the large old apartment, up to 4 people can sleep comfortably and spend time together at the large dining table or on the roof terrace. In the open kitchen you can cook comfortably and stylishly and the bathroom with washing machine has everything you need. In the family home of the Norder family, bicycles are also available if required and we are always available for excursion tips in the beautiful county or in the neighboring Netherlands.

It is a beautiful, newly renovated 65 m² apartment in the heart of the picturesque village of "Ohne" near Schüttorf. The apartment is on the second floor of the building, which was completely restored in 2021 according to the historical model. The village of “Ohne” is centrally located just a few kilometers away between Schüttorf, Wettringen, Rheine, Bad Bentheim, Ochtrup, Neuenkirchen and Salzbergen, all of which can be easily reached.

From the living room, you can access the fenced terrace directly. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.
