Cynthia and her mother were very friendly and warm hosts. Particularly noteworthy is that Cynthia was always available and always answered my questions quickly and helpfully – thank you very much for that! The house is equipped with everything you need and offers a well-kept, spacious garden with a quincho for barbecuing – ideal if you are traveling with pets or simply want to spend relaxing hours outdoors. The location of the house is also excellent: Many everyday necessities are within walking distance. Large supermarkets are about 10–15 minutes' walk, as well as the beautiful Costanera of Encarnación and two of the main beaches. For smaller errands, there is a gas station right next door – super convenient! The Internet connection was also reliable and fast. I can fully recommend the place and would like to come back anytime! 😊

We stayed 5 days, everything was excellent, the neighborhood is super quiet, easy to get to and from route 12, the perfect house has everything you need, very nice, warm and excellent decoration!!! Extremely recommended!!! Thank you Ale for everything!!!

The apartment was very well located near the beginning of the coast with good communication with the rest of the city. Entry was very easy and convenient as the door has an access key. It is exactly the same as in the photos, ample and bright. We found a place to park in front without problems. Recommended accommodation.
