There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

A lovely 3 bedroom cottage, believed to date from the 18th century, with enclosed private garden and own parking for 2 cars. A 5 minute walk to the quay, numerous independent cafes and restaurants, all within a short stroll. Fantastic area to explore with beautiful views of Chichester harbour and the estuary. Great for walking with abundant bird life. Two double bedrooms and one twin room. Unfortunately not wheelchair friendly.
