A sunny and a shady terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer and Nespresso coffee maker, a stylish living area with FHD TV and small library await you. For the little guests there is a loft bed, travel bed, games, high chair... The apartment is non-smoking. Underground parking is available.

Our bright, quiet apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people with 72 square meters and is modernly furnished.
