Our experience at this accommodation was generally very good. We went as a family, more than 16 people, including babies, children, seniors and two dogs, and the place suited our needs quite well. Despite the maintenance details, our experience was positive thanks to José's attention and the fact that the place is well thought out for large groups. We recommend it if you are looking for a spacious place, with a good atmosphere and staff available to help you, in addition to the fact that the host is super accessible both at check-in and checkout. We would stay again since the place is suitable for a louder environment, something that many accommodations do not allow.

A very quiet and pleasant place, ideal to relax, the views are impressive and the access if you go by car is very good. Carlos, Julia's husband, treated us in an excellent way, I feel that the photos do not do justice to the place since the place is more beautiful than in photos, it maintains the rustic atmosphere of Tepoztlán.

The open-plan living area features a modern dining table with seating for six, adjacent to a cozy seating arrangement. A television is positioned for entertainment, and artworks adorn the walls, adding character to the space. Natural light enters through large windows.

The location is also perfect, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of interest. We really enjoyed the terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable, which allowed us to rest. Mr. Miguel was attentive at all times and answered all the questions we had. The cabin is in a quiet area and has privacy. Right next door is a well-stocked shop where you can get firewood for the campfire for $100. The only thing is that the shower has a trick to use and the hot water does not last long, so you must take express baths (5 minutes). Maybe we did not know how to turn on the boiler or if it had a fault Everything else was fine, it's a cozy place, ideal for resting from the noise of the city.

We really liked the place, it was private even though there were more cabins around. Upon arrival, everything was very clean, the utensils in the kitchen were sufficient to prepare what we brought. I recommend going prepared materially and mentally for the bugs (repellent and awareness that there will be several, especially at night). We would always appreciate it if you could arrive at this type of place as early as possible (1:30 or 2 in the afternoon) and dry firewood for the campfire; Alonso was very attentive to my questions. I highly recommend this place.
