We loved it, we had a great time, the support staff was super attentive! It was a cold season and even though we paid for the boiler, the pool never heated up, but it was the only detail, everything else 100% recommended.

As a recommendation for the next ones who want to rent, the place is quite large so I recommend going in large groups. Excellent place, facilities and pool; we really enjoyed it. The only thing we saw a little bad is that for times a lot of maintenance people come in and out and that feeling of privacy was lost a little but just in the pool area. I definitely recommend the property and the attention we had from the host was good.

We had a lovely stay at Jaime and Rosa's. Jaime was very responsive and always available to answer our questions, provide us with what we needed and give us advice.

Excellent place to enjoy with the family. We had an amazing weekend, with a quiet and safe atmosphere. Mrs. Alejandra was always attentive to any detail. We took advantage of the additional services and were delighted: the boiler keeps the pool really hot, the kitchen is fully stocked and the cleaning service is impeccable. Everything in perfect condition and 100% recommended. Since our arrival, they provided us with excellent recommendations for eating and shopping. In addition, the proximity to a Walmart and the availability of Uber Eats made our stay even more comfortable. We will definitely be back!

It is the second time we have stayed at Martha's house and I leave us again very satisfied, her home is very well maintained, ideal to rest and enjoy the weather of Cuernavaca. When we arrived we realized that the bathrooms had been remodeled and these are updated and with good water pressure. And the hosts are always attentive to any needs. The house is very nice, neat and clean. As described and shown in the photos! Areli was always available, communicating well and answering any questions that arose. No problem, it's a pretty comfortable stay to visit again!

The house is beautiful and quiet. My dogs loved the wide open space to run. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the refrigerator cools wonderfully. We only used the main room, where the bed is comfortable; in addition, the fans are a great touch. Best of all, the bathroom, 10/10! The pool fulfills its function and offers very pleasant moments. The location is perfect, you can easily walk downtown, where you will find everything, Yucatecan food is highly recommended. Note: there is a space between the hallway and the floor that could pose a danger if you have small dogs.

The house is extraordinary, full of trees and comfortable for large groups. It's rare to find houses with comfortable beds, a bathroom per room, a clean pool and a beautiful garden. This is the second time we have stayed here and we would do it again. Lalo is always kind and helpful with directions, José Luis is always attentive to whatever you might need.

The house is quite comfortable, nice, in a quiet area where you can spend the whole day both in the pool and inside the house itself, it has very nice spaces to be in and very cool despite being in a hot area, this is because Tzille has green areas and plants everywhere. We will definitely return to the place and highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time at Pedro's house. The place was amazing, with an amazing view, and very spacious. The groundskeeper Eduardo was very polite and helpful. We would definitely come back and stay again. Gracias por todo!

Cecilia Sofia's place was incredible! So private and beautiful! The gardens were lush and the swimming pool was where we just wanted to stay all day! Cecilia Sofia was an amazing host from the start - always communicative and responsive and very flexible about when we could arrive. She gave us local recommendations and also provided us with extra kitchen amenities since we were cooking for ourselves. The kitchen is small but adequate for our needs. There are lots of walkable restaurants and the mercado municipal is 10 - 15 min walk away for any of our grocery needs. Thank you Cecilia Sofia for a wonderful stay!

Excellent 👌Pool of very good size and clean, the roof of Carrizo with the water falling gives it a special touch, a large garden with many fruit trees, the kitchen with many cooking utensils, La Palapa is well equipped for cooking, the rooms are spacious and very clean, we would like to return someday 👌

Absolutely loved staying at Ana’s place. Super cute, authentic, and calm stay. Ana and her amazing husband went above and beyond in every way to make us feel at home and looked after. Highly recommend.

Jorge's property is excellent. We spent a few wonderful days with the family. Everything was excellent. Communication was always fast, friendly and with a total willingness to support us. Abril was very friendly and attentive at all times. The house is much better than what is shown in the photos. It's very well equipped, comfortable, spacious. The garden is amazing and has very nice views of the Tepoztlán mountains. The pool was great. A great option to relax, unwind and spend family time. The place is very quiet, so if you want a place with excellent amenities and also peace and quiet, this property is the right choice. We hope to return soon. Thanks Jorge and Abril for everything!

The house is large, it has all the amenities it promises, Daniela allowed me to arrive before the time, which is appreciated, there were clean towels, and the pool was cleaned and cleaned at no extra cost, I only have one complaint and it is towards Mr. Julian (in charge of taking care of the house) we ask him something and he does not answer, he ignores you, he even turns his back on you. Another lady who must be his wife lives there, she answers for him and tries to excuse him, but the man is rude. That takes points away from the house. I hope you talk to him to change his attitude.

In general everything was fine, the reason I booked was because it said that the pool was heated, the reality is that the water is at room temperature. On the days we used the pool we had to pay an extra 500.00 for each day to turn on the boiler, I was traveling with two minors and for them the temperature was uncomfortable. The house is very spacious and well laid out.

A very nice place in terms of location, proximity and tranquility. Another issue to highlight is the host's great attention at all times, even before arriving and just after booking. Very friendly, everything matches the description of the house and makes you feel from the first moment that everything is for you and your visitors. We had a family reunion in Tepoztlan for the wedding of a nephew and we had a wonderful time.We were 12 adults, 4 children and one baby and we were all comfortable at the house

A very nice place to rest after a day of activities, the pool is very good, the water is very nice, the only thing I would emphasize is the location of the place since the streets are not paved and are in very bad condition, it would also be good if they put in air conditioning since at night the fans are a little lacking, regarding cleanliness and the rest, no complaints, everything was very clean and Mirna's attention, not to mention excellent service, I would definitely come back and recommend it.
