Unique, authentic and clean! We were looking for a place where to stay in the mountains and still have the Italian authentic small vila - and we found it. It was rainy when we stayed, but it didn’t changed our plans and the vibe as the villa itself has the coziness that fits any weather. Highly recommended place to stay if you want to feel the unique and authentic vibe.

Il cottage è immerso nella natura ed esattamente come descritto: si respira molta tranquillità. L’idromassaggio all’aperto è stato meraviglioso, ed i proprietari si sono premurati di farci trovare l’acqua ad una temperatura perfetta. Sono inoltre stati disponibilissimi nell’adattarsi alle nostre esigenze ed i nostri orari, se ci sarà occasione torneremo sicuramente in futuro.

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

Alla casa tra gli ulivi si sta veramente bene, i gestori sono gentilissimi e carinissimi ed hanno una "testa imprenditoriale" davvero vincente. Ogni minimo dettaglio, sia della location che del rapporto con gli ospiti, è ben curato e tutto è pulito, nuovo e si vede che la manutenzione è maniacale perché non abbiano riscontrato un singolo problema. Puoi ordinare cocktails, drinks, gelati, massaggi .... Il primo giorno siamo, per problemi nostri, arrivati a notte fonda e ci hanno aspettati svegli senza chiedere un euro di check in posticipato. Ci hanno offerto prosecco... insomma persone squisite che hanno il grande successo che si meritano proprio grazie al fatto che un piccolo spazio intimo e riservato ti danno tutto....casa, giardino, piscina, barbecue, pergolato (tavolo stupendo) CON LA GENTILEZZA DI CHI TI ACCOGLIE IN FAMIGLIA. Veramente consigliato a tutti, un posto magnifico e rilassante. in 4 giorni mi sono rigenerato più di altre ferie che ho fatto in passato di 2 settimane....

The place is located on top of the hill. It has been a pleasure to stay for a few nights at Federico's place. He has been really helpful when we asked questions, to find the place etc. It is a lovely family house. We did not test the jaccuzi because off season but I guess on sunny days it must be amazing. The view from the house is stunning.

We really enjoyed our holiday at cas nel bosco, the house is very quiet and close to nature. We liked that very much. The pool and the garden offer total relaxation. We already miss everything very much. In the valley it was often 32 degrees in the first week and upstairs in the house it was very pleasant. The pool was super refreshing. The house has everything you need and the small village of Medicina is very charming. The access road is narrow and very winding, but we also saw some wildlife. Communication with Francesca and Paola was straightforward and enquiries were answered immediately. Thank you very much, we had a great holiday.

Martina’s cabin is magical and her hospitality is amazing! The drive up was twisty and steep, with some beautiful views along the way. The second my family and I walked in, we were hit with the warmth of two wood fires that had been lit in anticipation of our arrival and it made the cabin so welcoming, comfortable, and cozy. We had everything we needed and more and it was just the right amount of space for my little family of four. We enjoyed a walk up the quiet road to take in the vistas again in the evening. It was so peaceful and such a wonderful experience staying here we only wished we could have stayed longer than one night. I would highly recommend Martina’s place for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful, setting in a unique, authentic, cozy cabin. I hope I will get to visit again someday!

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter. Das Haus und seine Technik wurde umfassend erklärt. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Viel mehr als sonst üblich. Haushaltsgegenstände und sogar Verbrauchsmaterial, Toilettenpapier, Küchenpapier, Spülmittel, sogar Duschgel waren vorhanden. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Begrüßungskorb mit Lebensmitteln und dem selbstgemachten Olivenöl vorgefunden. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Begrüßung! Wir haben das Haus im Winter gebucht und die Heizung funktionierte prima. Es war immer warm und wohlig. Eine wunderschöne Weihnachtsdeko wurde uns präsentiert und hat Weihnachten zu einem Erlebnis gemacht. Der Vermieter stand immer mit Rat und Tat, Restaurantsuche, Tierklinik etc.zur Verfügung und hat uns super unterstützt. Vielen Dank . Wir sind mit 2 Hunden angereist. Aufgrund des großen und vollständig eingezäunten Grundstückes, konnten die Hunde siich austoben. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.

wenn du Ruhe suchst, Entspannung, keine Menschen um dich herum möchtest. ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. als kleiner Trip vorher einkaufen. damit man nicht unnötig die Unterkunft verlassen muss. es gibt wenige Restaurant undie Ecke. ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto,kommt man zu einem schönen italienischen Pup. preisleistubg top. tolle Unterkunft um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. wir kommen gerne wieder !!

Cozy place with great view - even it was raining a few days while we where there and we had to stay at home, the appartment had everything we needed and a fantastic view. Always would come back.

Miejsce jest cudowne ! Domek miał wszystko czego potrzeba, wspaniała przestrzeń przed domkiem- prywatny grill, stol z krzesłami, leżaki, parasol i grill. Do najbliższego sklepu jakieś 10 min samochodem, w miejscowosci pratovecchio i Stia na znajduje się kilka wspaniałych restauracji. Strefa z basenem jest wspaniała- basen jest czysty, leżaki wygodne i NIESAMOWITY widok. Zdecydowanie polecam zdecydowanie na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt !

Abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri Treccani di taglia media , abbiamo trovato uno spazio in estrema sicurezza sia all’interno che verso l’esterno. La casa era molto accogliente curata con gusto con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo. Loro due persone speciali disponibili gentili accoglienti davvero come essere in famiglia . Grazie per tutto , anche la passeggiata domenicale insieme nel mercato rionale .🙏

Eine Oase mit unglaublicher Weitsicht!!! Wir wollten gar nicht weg von diesem tollen Ort. Francesca hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns zum Haus geführt, wo uns kurzgesagt ein Paradies erwartete. Leichter Rucksack und Wanderschuhe sind tatsächlich ein „Muss“ auf dem Weg zum Cottage, da der Weg dorthin zum Teil sehr felsig ist. Wir liebten die Wanderung auf dem ursprünglichen Pfad nach oben. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss einen Parkplatz dafür finden. Das kann eine kostspielige Angelegenheit werden, ist aber in der Gegend üblich und sollte nicht abschrecken. Het was een hele fijne plek waar we ons heel erg thuis hebben gevoeld in de prachtige natuur in een huis waar alles en meer aanwezig was . Een keuken waar aan niets ontbrak en er waren zoveel extra dingen die zo attent waren in de keuken en badkamer. Fabio en zijn vrouw zijn enorm gastvrij. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad. Ook voor onze hondjes was het een heerlijke plek. We hopen nog een keer terug te komen.

Heerlijk verblijf in historisch bergdorp, gelegen in groen middelgebergte. Goede wandelmogelijkheden. Veel culturele activiteiten. Zelfs de Dalai Lama is er in 1994 op bezoek geweest.

Wir verbrachten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Sehr ruhige und ungestörte Lage ohne Nachbarn mitten in der Natur. Eine Hütte die alles bietet und praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. Einen Tag wanderten wir vom Haus aus, sonst immer per Auto: Supermarkt der keine Wünsche offen lässt 10 min, Strand mit Sand und Öffentlichkeit 25 min, Pisa und Genua ca. 1,5 h mit Parken, Wandern in den Apuanischen Alpen ca. 1h. Naturstrand 35 min.

Quarrata is a great little village and the house is in a pretty location in the country, surrounded by olive trees and rolling hills. its a 2.5km walk or a quick drive, so if you're staying there, it's really useful to have a vehicle. It's peaceful, has everything you need incl a washing machine, and Eleonora is a great, responsive and friendly host. It is up a couple of flights of stairs so just be aware of that. Because of that the views are gorgeous. True Tuscan loveliness.

Pool mit Blick in die Berge war traumhaft. Wer die Ruhe sucht wird die Unterkunft lieben. Weg vom Massentourismus aber trotzdem viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Meer ist aber auch in 50 Min zu erreichen. Einmal haben wir auf Empfehlung von Giovanni eine schöne Bootstour von La Spezia nach Cinque Terre gemacht. Küche war super ausgestattet.

Daniele war ein äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber - immer erreichbar, sehr entgegenkommend und in allen Belangen hilfreich und ansprechbar. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen, man kann dort schöne Wanderungen (mit vielen Höhenmetern) unternehmen. Ein kleines traumhaftes Refugium, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Herzlichen Dank!

Sehr schönes Haus. Perfekt für ein Paar auch mit Kind Hatten leider sehr schlechtes Wetter. Das Haus war aber sehr warm und gut gedämmt, was in Italien keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Kommen gerne wieder v

Very wonderful stay! Super helpful and friendly host, great local recommendations. Take care on the drive in, its a bumpy gravel road so a good car is needed. Lovely area, but bring insect repellent if going out in the evening!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Stefania und Leonardo war einfach traumhaft! Der Garten und der Pool sind eine wahre Oase der Ruhe, perfekt zum Entspannen und Genießen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit vielen kleinen Details, die uns das Gefühl gaben, zu Hause zu sein. Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Besonders begeistert waren wir jedoch von dem unglaublichen Frühstück, das Stefania jeden Morgen für uns zubereitet hat - inklusive ihres selbstgebackenen, unglaublich leckeren Brots! Die frischen, regionalen Zutaten und die liebevolle Zubereitung haben uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue überrascht. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und haben uns mit tollen Tipps für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und die besten Orte zum Kauf qualitativ hochwertigen regionalen Produkten versorgt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlfühlt und würden definitiv wieder kommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der Erholung und herzliche Gastfreundschaft sucht!
