Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung. Luca war gesundheitlich ausgefallen, wir wurden daher sehr freundlich von seiner Familie empfangen. Bei Fragen war er jederzeit erreichbar und seine Familie ansprechbar.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Nachbarn. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral und hervorragend geeignet sowohl für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca etc. mit Pkw oder Bahn als auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum sowie zum Strand. Strandtücher sind vorhanden. Leider sind die beiden vorhandenen Balkone sehr klein, aber um am Abend einen guten Wein zu genießen war es ausreichend. Von unserer Seite aus können wir einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nur empfehlen und sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub in der Gegend um Carrara verbringen wollen, wäre die Wohnung von Sonia mit Sicherheit unser Favorit.

We loved this place and could happily have stayed forever. The large terrace was amazing, overlooking the sea and great for people watching but still private and peaceful as up on the 3rd floor. We had both breakfasts and dinners up there. Kitchen is great with plenty of appliances etc to cook a full meal. A couple of little grocery shops near by - we found the one at 116 Via Fegina good, little rabbit warren of a place with fresh fruit and veg - their fresh pesto was excellent. Washing machine was highly appreciated as was the line to dry things on the terrace. Wifi worked reliably in all rooms. Position is ideal for the train - literally come out the station, turn right and you are there. Lots of good local information available for both walks and restaurants. Rubbish and recycling was easy to drop into the large bins by the car park, we never did find the food waste one but the cleaner was happy to take it. Cannot recommend this apartment enough - if it is available, book it.

Wonderful Airbnb. Host & her parents were super welcoming & very helpful. We were there during a festival week & being s close to main square and shops allowed us to make numerous trips with just a short walk. Also 15-20 minute walk to train.

Appartamento ampio, ben pulito ed ordinato, in un'ottima zona centrale di Cervia. Giulia è un host disponibile e gentilissima.

Very nice apartment. Very clean and has everything needed for a confortable stay. Would recommend it to friends and family. Also, the location is excellent, walking distance to everywhere.

We had the loveliest time at Sophie’s (and George’s) apartment in Rimbocchi. Beautifully furnished, well equipped, tucked away in the casentine mountains - all in all perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. Lots of beautiful hiking routes just a stone’s throw away. Plus: a little bakery, renowned in the area, just across the street = fresh bread every morning :) we enjoyed every minute in Rimbocchi. Thanks so much - we will be back!

L’appartement est beau, très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner est fourni, et dans le quartier on trouve des épiceries. L’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Piazza Maggiore est à 25 minutes de marche en ligne droite. Seul bémol : le bar en dessous de l’appartement et sa terrasse qui se trouve sous les fenêtres de la chambre. Les bruits métalliques forts, probablement des chaises et des tables déplacées sans soin sur le plancher en céramique, des portes métalliques claquées avec force, sont dérangeants jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit, parfois jusqu’à 2h30. S’y ajoutent les discussions animées, la musique forte parfois, la diffusion de prière certains matins dès 7h et la forte odeur de chicha sur la terrasse qui empêche d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Pour le touriste de passage avec de bons bouchons pour les oreilles la nuit ça va, surtout que l’appart est impeccable. Cela doit être pénible et usant à long terme pour le voisinage.

Appartamento pulito e rifornito di tutto il necessario, areato con doppio balcone. Ottima opzione di soggiorno per visitare Firenze, accessibile facilmente tramite i mezzi pubblici. Buona comunicazione con Florinda e vicini molto cordiali. Soddisfatti a pieno del soggiorno. Consigliato

Noi eravamo espositori del mercato antiquariato alla Banchina di Sant Erasmo , abbiamo parcheggiato l auto giù e poi ci siamo mossi a piedi per raggiungere l appartamento, che si trova nei pressi della Chiesa di San Siro , è stato molto comodo ed abbiamo approfittato di fare due passi a piedi in modo tale che abbiamo potuto vedere il centro di Santa con tutti i suoi bellissimi negozi . Ma la cosa fondamentale è che nell appartamento ci siamo sentiti immediatamente a nostro agio come a casa ! È fornito di tutto non manca nulla ! Si può cenare o pranzare in casa senza problemi ma comunque In zona ci sono un paio di ristorantini deliziosi . L appartamento è 3 piano con ascensore, super silenzioso , delizioso il terrazzino! We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Casa di Enrico è molto accogliente e perfetta per chi cerca la tranquillità del quartiere ma la comodità di raggiungere a piedi il centro città e il mare. Il parcheggio privato è sicuramente un plus. Enrico molto disponibile nel fornire consigli utili per visitare Rimini. Molto piacevole la passeggiata che dalla casa raggiunge il centro città e che passa dal bellissimo borgo San Giuliano

L’appartamento si trova in up posto tranquillo, un po fuori della movida ma lo stesso vicino al centro. È ben arredato, con l’aria condizionata, la lavatrice e anche la lavastoviglie.

Daniela è stata molto disponibile e reattiva alle nostre richieste. Avevamo bisogno di depositare i bagagli ed ha anticipato il check in. Il letto era molto comodo e tutto era in ordine. In cucina si trova il necessario base per cucinare. A disposizione asciugamani, coperte e guanciali.

Appartamento delizioso immerso nel verde delle colline emiliane, perfetto per chi cerca un po’ di relax, tra natura e silenzio. Antonella super carina. Assolutamente consigliato!

Appartement idéalement situé à Rapallo, avec une très belle vue sur la baie, à proximité immédiate de la gare, ce qui permet de laisser la voiture sur le parking et de découvrir tranquillement les environs et Gênes en particulier. Proximité également de la jolie vieille ville, du port et des restaurants, tout se fait à pieds. L’appartement est tout à fait fidèle à la description, confortable, fonctionnel et remarquablement propre. L’accueil de Carla est très sympathique, avec une excellente réactivité et tous les conseils utiles. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps ! Merci Carla !

Appartement avec jardin, agréable, logement suffisant pour cinq personnes hôte , très gentille et chaleureuse et la gardienne est très aimable super accueil je recommande vivement

L’appartement de Paolo est situé sur les hauteurs de Rapallo: le chemin pour y accéder en voiture est pentu mais une fois trouvé la localisation est parfaite avec une jolie vue sur la mer et un parking fermé. Il y a également un petit chemin piéton principalement composé de marches afin d’accéder plus rapidement à la plage ainsi qu’à la balade du front de mer qui relie au centre-ville (ça monte mais nous avons pu le faire avec deux enfants en bas-âge). L’appartement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire, il est encore plus joli que sur les photos! La piscine dans la résidence est grande et très agréable. Nous recommandons ce lieu!

Wir hatten tolle Tage dort. Das Frühstück und Abendessen in der Casa Turchetti waren großartig! Der Ort ist eine Reise wert, um ein paar Tage Entspannung und Ruhe zu genießen. Immer wieder gerne!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!
