We have converted our garage into a peaceful little studio. It is a simple space offering basic amenities & WiFi. The studio has a mezzanine level with a double bed and exposed beams. There is a coffee machine, kettle and small fridge Please note - there is no kitchen at the property so no cooking facilities. The studio is located behind the houses on our street via a private lane. Though there isn’t a private garden, it backs on to public woodland and is a short stroll from the River Frome

The property is fully equipped with its own parking spaces, a private courtyard, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and bath, and a good size kitchen/living space. A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

Peaceful trio of rooms with kitchen and parking

Lovely trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, the Mall at Cribbs Causeway, and to the city centre.

I booked a stay at Steve's house for my mum who was visiting the area. She said "he was a charming, knowledgeable host who made me feel very welcome and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. It was an immaculate room/house with a wonderful garden and a very gentle, well-behaved dog. I'd definitely book with Steve again."
