Cozy Studio near Crescent Bay and Heisler park!

Clean and simple, 200 square foot Studio with travertine tile bathroom and small full kitchen. Queen bed and second queen bed in loft. In the loft, you cannot stand up, you can only sit up and it is accessible via stairs like for a bunk bed. Great place to rest after you’ve gone down to the beach; visited all the local art galleries; restaurants. The studio is close to North Coast Highway and walking distance to grocery store, shops, Shaw’s and Diver’s Cove; Heisler Park and Crescent Bay 🏖️

Just 3 minutes from the 5 freeway sits this attached but private studio. Once through your private entrance you will feel at home. Comfortable queen bed, fireplace and fully stocked kitchenette with mini fridge/ freezer if you feel like cooking. There is also a 2 person table/ desk in front of the warm electric fireplace. Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
