A fantastic view of the Watzmann and Hochkalter will make you forget the time from the start. The cozy attic apartment with a south-facing balcony has been lovingly furnished. Ski areas, toboggan runs, Zell am See, Kaprun can be reached in no time by car. Mountains, as well as alpine huts, mountain bike routes and hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity. You can spend wonderfully relaxing winter evenings in front of the wood stove. The tourist tax is included in the price.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Durch das knistern des Holzofens und die Verarbeitung von Altholz wird ein Almfeeling geboten.

The center is also within walking distance along the Gasteiner Ache in approx. 30 minutes. Ski storage is available.

Welcome to my cozy apartment on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the mountain views. There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.

Obernock mountain farm

Our small mountain farm Obernock is located at 1160 m above sea level and can be reached via a 4 km long, paved mountain road. The newly built farmhouse in 2021 is located on the sunny Taxberg in Taxenbach, where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. All hiking areas (Dienten, Gastein, Rauris, Kaprun, Zell am See) are within 20 kilometers. We offer fresh "organic milk" from our dairy cows.
