Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

The independent apartment is located in the lower part (raised ground floor) of the house. The newly renovated apartment includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a conservatory with a large dining table. The house can accommodate 6 people and has a large garden at the back that you are welcome to use. Hanover (trade fair) (17 km) and the cathedral city of Hildesheim (15 km) are within easy reach. Shopping& a bakery are within walking distance.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
