A beautiful condo overlooking the lake. The bedrooms are spacious with private bathrooms. The kitchen was modern and clean. The amenities were great and as described. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you , Peidi!

Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

Great location and very convenient for a visit to Duke. Host was very flexible and allowed us to check in early! Overall good value for the money.

Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

Five star place in every way. Super clean. Nice layout. Classy host helpfully stocked toiletries and snacks and is great communicator. Well appointed kitchen with top notch pans etc.

Perfect for two couples each with a young baby! Had friends over on the patio and had a lovely time! Absolutely recommend in the future.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Quiet and beautiful neighborhood, and house was spacious and perfect for our family. Loved the sunroom and view of the river.

This house was great! Great living room with lots of space for seating for hanging out. Great bedrooms! (Only complaint is to bring your own pillows as these are the tallest, hardest pillows ever 😂)

We had an amazing time! The house was absolutely gorgeous and if we had any questions the host were super responsive! The house made us feel at home and the host left treats that made the stay that much better! We’d definitely come and stay again when back in Greensboro!

I had an excellent stay, all three days were fabulous. They place was wonderful, the neighborhood was clean and safe. Close to restaurants, stores, gas and more. For the price absolutely completely satisfied with everything. Everything from check-in to .y stay and check out was fantastic. Hosts were very communicative from start to finish. I greatly recommend them to anyone that wants to stay a home away from home, this is your place. Everything up to date and some. Anything you could need they have. Great place to stay in Durham! Great location, well equipped apartment. Hosts (Marcia and Butch) super kind, quick responses, and they even leave great recommendations for groceries, restaurants.

The property is great - perfect for a couple visiting Durham. The old Pearl Mill condos form a very pleasant little community. People are friendly, the landscaping is pretty (we got a nice early dose of spring!), and the location can’t be beat.

Great space and location! It was great having two full bathrooms and the updated kitchen was a bonus for cooking/prepping meals. Highly recommend.

Thank you for another great stay in Greensboro! Our commute to the Tanger Center was easy and close to walk. Bottom floor location kept street noise to a minimum, corner unit was quite. It was our 2nd time staying at Jamie's place and we will return again!
