Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Situated at Cranmore Meadows Tiny House Community, guests will also have access to a community kitchen & washer/dryer close by. Enjoy nature on our large deck with ample patio furniture and a jacuzzi. Our 30 acre property has trails through the meadows, a pond, and creek and is a perfect view into tiny living! We are a 4 min walk to the University, & downtown Elon, with a short drive to Durham, UNC-Chapel Hill, and Greensboro. Raleigh is an hour away. We have several shopping centers for groceries and favorite store destinations, like Target, Kohls, a movie theater, BJ's, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Publix and Harris Teeter. We offer a 10:00 am arrival and a 1:00 pm departure time for your convenience. At the side entrance there is a lock box for quick and easy access.

The Garden Cottage is centrally located in the Piedmont area of NC, being only 5 miles from Elon University, within 5 miles to most of Burlington area shopping and restaurants, 1.5 miles to I-85/40, 15 miles to Greensboro, 28 miles to High Point and 37 miles to Chapel Hill.
