I can’t recommend this place enough! Everything written in the reviews is true—and even more. We were looking for a place close to NYC with safe parking so we could explore freely. Veronica’s parking option was amazing—we found a spot right in front of the apartment, and since there was no street cleaning during our stay, the car didn’t move for 4 days and we were completely at ease. Washington Street is just a 2-minute walk away, full of great restaurants and coffee spots. The PATH train and ferry are about a 15-minute walk—super convenient. The apartment is wonderful! Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable for six of us (ages 5 to 70!), great water pressure in the shower, fun games for the kids, and a lovely little backyard. We had four perfect days in a warm, welcoming space that truly felt like home. Thank you, Veronica—we’ll be back and recommending it to our friends!

Great place, great host! The apartment was immaculately clean and more spacious than we imagined. The bed was quite comfortable and the location was quiet and convenient, e.g. handy walk to the Plaza Diner--what with Bloomfield being the diner capital of the world. Jessie was so gracious and flexible with our check in and out, and is a wonderful, warm hostess!

First of all, when you first get there, it is super easy beautiful little houses side by side very Beachy vacation type and then you just go up a small flight of stairs and you easily enter the home and it is beautiful right from the beginning smells clean. It looks clean, it is clean. Plenty of space, the futon was big enough for my 2 friends. I slept in the bedroom. The kitchen was beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful. We definitely will return. Thank you so much. To top it off the walk to the beach was amazing firepits chairs....everything you need!!!!

We stayed at this little place right where Chinatown meets the entrance to Little Italy, which was a perfect location for our one night in New York City! Amazing Osso Bucco, and fabulous Aperol spritzes everywhere, with a little park nearby to walk to with our toddler ! This lovely little space (with an elevator!!) was an excellent place to escape the bustle on the streets below. It worked great for our little family.

Westley was very responsive and accommodating. The air bnb it self was beautiful clean and spacious! (Not sure if washer was off or broken and the ac unit does not stay on for more than 2-5 mins at a time.) The area is located near many buses and 10-15 mins from Jamaica station which is what I needed. The neighborhood isn’t great (if you are a woman walking alone you will get catcalled) but there are a lot of shops, delis etc. You can definitely hear all the neighbors around and the upstairs neighbors walking around - the noise didn’t bother me at all though. And there is an app you need to download to access the building (easy to use though)

This is our second stay at Henry’s first floor apartment. We were in town to visit family for our grandmothers 100th birthday . The place is exactly as described and in the photos. It feels like home, extremely clean. The beds are wonderful, linens and towels are exceptional. We loved that we could bring our two small dogs and there is an area in the back for them. The covered deck was nice to sit on in the morning and have a coffee. There is a grill out back and a table on the deck for six people. There is also a lovely deck out front to sit on too. The neighbors are friendly and the place is on a quiet dead end street. On the day of check-in, Henry sent a message to say the place was ready earlier which we appreciated. We definitely recommend Henry’s place and he is a great host.

First and foremost, Michaela is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve encountered on this app. She elevated our experience with constant communication, flexibility, and timeliness with meeting us (we arrived at the airport at 5am and she met us at the Airbnb by the time we arrived at 6am!). Plus, I locked myself out and she bent over backwards to get a spare key to let me in. She’s amazing. The place itself is in a great location with beautiful views. As others have mentioned, people live there, so you’ll find the dressers and closets full of clothes. So you’ll need to live out of your suitcase. Overall, great experience.

This 2nd floor unit was located perfectly very close to the Avenue which is full of great spots to eat and also the train station for trips into the city. It's even better that it is on a quiet residential street- it felt private and absolutely perfect for a couple or a small family of 4. The space was beautiful, clean, and well appointed, with lots of light and air. Francesca was a great host, very responsive, and made us feel welcome and at home with great communication even before we checked in.

Totally recommended. The place is pristine, very well maintained. It’s not as close to NYC as we would’ve wanted, but it’s close enough. Our daily trip (on a rental car) wasn’t usually more than 35 minutes. The area felt safe. Great place to stay for a big family looking to explore NYC for a few days without paying irrational amounts for lodging in the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy. The place was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully arranged definitely exceeded my expectations. It felt more like a chic urban retreat than just a regular rental. The apartment had great natural lighting, and I appreciated the blinds and privacy features already in place. The A/C was well-installed and worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and quiet. I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay. The furniture was modern and very comfortable especially the living room setup, which made it easy to relax, read, or stream a movie after a long day. I also really appreciated the little touches: drink,water and cookies, we were hungry at the time we arrived and that help us settled in before going to a near by restaurant to grab some food also appreciate the well-stocked kitchen essentials. The bed was super comfy and gave me a great night of sleep. The setup between floors was seamless, and the locks and doors were solid and secure.

This locations was central and easy to find. Street parking was great, there was many spots and I had no issues. Safe and quiet neighborhood. I came for a short weekend stay and I had no issues, would recommend for a quiet get away. I didn't stay in the airbnb much, as I was busy with other activities and came late. But I did feel safe there. It is downstairs with someone living above but I had no issue. The accommodation inside were great; tea, coffee, sugar, etc. I would definitely stay again, especially because of the peach of mind with parking and safety.
