Our cottage was originally a schoolhouse, and has been renovated into 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, a charming kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a large eat-in screened porch. It is located in a quiet, secluded area, but is near shopping and incredible restaurants. Wildlife abounds in the yard and wooded area.

We are less than 20 minutes from Kissing Bridge and Buffalo Ski Center. We're a quick 30 minute drive to the city of Buffalo and 40 minutes from Niagara Falls.
