Footbridge Farm is a quiet country get-away located on 90 wooded acres, 15 miles NE of Decorah. We are close to the mouth of Canoe Creek, the Upper Iowa River and adjacent to state DNR land. The cozy owner-built cabin has an open ceiling with exposed beams and rafters giving a sense of spaciousness. Local stone was used in the exterior walls and the floor-to-ceiling fire back behind the wood-burning stove. The floors are oak and slate. Detailed craftsmanship can be found throughout the cabin.

We had a wonderful stay in Northwood, and Jonathan’s place was great! It was a bargain, and we enjoyed being within walking distance from the brewery, restaurants, and the grocery store. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was one of the most unique Airbnbs we have stayed in. It’s a great location for anywhere in Osage and a fun spot to explore. The beds were comfy and the decor was like going back to the 1950s.

Great place to stay when visiting for the weekend. Mindy was awesome to work with. She answered our questions and helped tailor her place for our stay! We will definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s cabin. We were able to bring our dog and enjoyed taking walks on the property and sitting on the screened in back porch. Kitchen was fully stocked and the house had been freshly cleaned. Had a nice visit with Kevin when he stopped in to say hello to make sure we had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again in the future!
