Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Haus Bambi in Ellmau - Apt. 1

Our house is sunny and quiet on the edge of the forest in Ellmau. You can enter the slopes of the SkiWelt directly from the house. The apartment is 30 m² and is located on the first floor. Dogs up to a medium size (up to 50 cm and up to 30 kg) are allowed here. This ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 4 people on an area of about 30 m². A friendly and appealing decor also make a longer stay a pleasant experience.

With the view from your suite directly onto the Kitzbühel mountains, you are already eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace and quiet. After all, you still have the whole day ahead of you. In the evening, when the sun retires behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight spreads, relax your muscles in the resort's wellness area. The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
