Tom's place was a great getaway from staying in a hotel. The area is very charming and has a great view of the river from the living room. We enjoyed walking along the river in the evenings. Tom was very responsive when i had questions.

We were out for my daughter's graduation from ND in May 2025. The home was just as advertised, ultra clean, plenty of space, comfortable beds and convenient to not only shopping but Notre Dame as well--about 25 minutes-home is 5-7 minutes from 80-really a quite convenient location. Home is in a peaceful, quiet and safe Neiborhood. All new appliances, plenty of TV's and couches to relax. Perfect. Added bonus, grill, deck, firepit and boat of you want to use. Waterfront location...we have been going to ND for 4 years now and without a doubt this is the best place we have stayed, cannot recommend enough. Nikki and Josh ultra responsive hosts. Will rent again in a heartbeat.

Marita’s house was perfect for our trip! We had 7 adults and 2 kids and the space was just what we needed. Lots of beds and space to spread out, but also space to be together. The pond was full of fish, there were tons of activities to do (kayaking, canoeing, playing in the sand, fishing, etc.), and the property was beautiful! We will definitely be back!

The home is beautiful, and the view of the lake was amazing! The living spaces that are available for guests to use are wonderfully decorated and comfortable. There were no other guests in the home during our stay, so it was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely recommend the villa to anyone considering a stay in Goshen. It was the perfect getaway for our short trip away.

Lawrence was an incredible host—5/5. This home exceeded our expectations in every way. I traveled with my 96-year-old grandmother and two young children (ages 3 and 4). The home was exceptionally clean—easily the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in—and was incredibly kid-friendly. The easily accessible bathroom next to the downstairs bedroom was perfect for my grandmother, making her stay comfortable and convenient. The boat rental process through Lawrence’s recommendation was seamless, adding to the overall experience. I can’t say enough good things about this home, and we truly felt cared for throughout our stay. We hope to book again next year!

Glenda’s place was the perfect spot for our family get together in celebrating my granddaughter’s graduation . It’s a very beautiful , comfortable home, just as described and even more. Glenda was very thoughtful with the amenities provided( hot-tub, grill, games and puzzles for kids and adults), she responded to us almost immediately, with an early check- in requests, after long hours driving this was very much appreciated. Her place has that homey feel that you only get from the thoughtfulness of the person in making you feel the comfort of a home away from home. I really appreciate the deck with stunning view of early morning sunrise as it glistens on the lake, whilst peeping through the trees giving you the perfect ambience to enjoy your morning coffee, stretching and yoga just me and the beautiful quiet whispers of nature before the bustle of the day🥰. We really enjoyed staying there and would highly recommend whether your group is big or small, don’t hesitate.
