Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

Logement très agréable, vaste espace pour toute une famille, bien équipé. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer, à réellement 1mn à pied de la plage, et idéalement situé dans Perea ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Прекрасное месторасположение , есть парковочные места. Пляж , кафе, рестораны в несколькольких минутах ходьбы , при этом место немного в стороне от всех заведений и за счет этого отсутствует шум.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! Gemütliche Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Sehr schöner großer Balkon mit elektrischer Markise. Blick über die Stadt. Nicht ganz ruhig, liegt direkt an der Straße. Man hat aber alles in der Nähe und immer etwas zu gucken. Große Küche, in der ich aber einen Wasserkocher und einen Frapeemixer vermisst habe.

We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Un loc ideal de relaxare, cu gazde primitoare, o locație liniștită, confortabilă și intimă, cu posibilitatea alegerii mai multor moduri plăcute de petrecere a timpului: în apropiere se află o frumoasă plajă sălbatică, iar la o plimbare de circa 5 minute sunt numeroase restaurante și baruri cu zona de plajă impecabil amenajată. Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a really nice stay at Maria's place in Nea Sikonia! The house was well equipped with all the appliances we needed for a comfortable family stay. House location is in the heart of the village, just steps away from the beach, charming village center, and a variety of great restaurants but at the same time in a quite small alley. Nea Sikonia itself is a picturesque village with a lovely square and a street lined with restaurants and cafes right in front of the beach and small harbor Traveling by car is ideal for exploring nearby places like Agia Paraskevi, Chaniotis, Pefkochori, Paliouri among others all of which are just a short drive away. Most importantly Maria is incredible host, kind and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions and local recommendations and welcomed us with a great home made Limoncello Last but not least Maria warmly welcomed our Jack Russell, Eddy, who had the freedom to run freely around in the house's yard and enjoy the vacation with us.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

Amazing stay, excellent communication and truly beautiful beachfront view. My only regret is that we could not have stayed longer on our holiday at Anastasios apartment.

I want to thank the host for our amazing stay. The house was immaculate and all rooms, and amenities were exactly as explained in the descriptions and the photos. The house was well equipped with everything that anyone could need for their stay. The house is big enough, situated in a nice area, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and has a super nice garden where we enjoyed our breakfast. The host is super nice and had great suggestions for restaurants and beaches that we visited. Once more big thank you and hope to see you again next year :)

The house is great, has all required facilities, the living area is big, the location is very close to the sea and great Salonikiou beach, literally 3 minutes on foot, the area is quiet and not crowded. There is a shower with the hot water outside and huge barbeque area. The overall design of the garden was a pleasure for our eyes. Everything corresponds to the pictures on Airbnb. The check-in and check-out process is transparent, there was the host on site at the check-in time. The response time of the host is in minutes (very quick), the host is polite and friendly, tries to resolve the issues as quick as possible (when they understand the issue). A car is a must, there are no shops around, the closest groceries shop is 10–15-minute drive. The house has a private parking area. On the negative side, every issue turned into two: to persuade the host that it was a genuine one and then to resolve it. Summary: a good place to stay.

First of all if the host is terrible then it doesn't matter what the house/town looks like. Thankfully this is not the case as Yannis is extremely friendly, helpful, cooperative and at the same time non-intrusive. Plus the small handmade gifts make you feel you stayed at a friend. Then is the house which is as described. You have absolutely everything you need to feel like home. Plus is the closed parking place and the own garden with two tables with total 10 chairs! And all this is located in very peaceful and quiet part of a small village with a clean water beach. If I have to be picky the only negatives are the unclean sand (due to lack of many beach bars to clean it I suppose) and limited number of restaurants although even the present ones are still good enough. Overall we are very satisfied with our choice of Yannis house.

Really enjoyed our stay in Phaidon's apartment. Right Infront of the beach with a fantastic view of Thessaloníki and the entire bay. The apartment has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in Perea. The location is also great with plenty of restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away.

We had a great stay in this cosy apartment in Kallithea!

The apartment is just as described, quite comfortable and convenient for a family with two small children. It is close to the city center. We drove to the beaches, but if you prefer to walk, it's probably around 15 minutes. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal, including a large refrigerator and a well-equipped bathroom. The only thing that might be improved is the mattresses, which could be a bit more comfortable :) Highly recommended, and if we come again, we'll stay here :)

The apartment is great. Easy to be found placed next to the beach. We enjoyed winter mornings with the sea view from our balcony. Our host Zoi was very nice and friendly we enjoyed her sweets and all amenities. We also had everything that we need for our little kid stroller and crib. I definitely recommend this apartment and we are definitely returning again ☺️

we Loved to stay at Georges place. the flat is nice and streches ober two Levels with 3 balconies with nice Views. the garden is beautiful and you can have Barbecue or relax . We felt very welcomed and would definetly come Back !
