A perfect getaway for 2 (or on your own), you’ll sleep comfortably in a queen-size bed with all of the must-have amenities, including an in-unit compost toilet and a woodstove. Cook your meals over the fire or grill and bask in the sunsets from the wood-fired hot tub (seasonal) or cozy in the dome through the panoramic window. Have a whimsical(some call it Exciting) adventure at the Riverboat Fantasy in Chaffey's Lock! If you are looking for something unique, you have found it! This place has it all, including a private hot tub on a 2nd floor balcony, a hot rock sauna with a surprise out side shower, a castle wall, outdoor fire-pits, houseboat to play-in or on to feed the fish from, a throne, a very large private deck facing the lake and a porch on the other side, and many fanciful decorations everywhere you look!

Open concept cottage provides a cozy getaway for couples or small groups. There is a boat ramp available on the property that is on the Morton Creek. The waterfront is not great for swimming due to the weeds but there are swimming spots within 10 minutes or take the kayaks and canoes up to the bridge for a swim. 2 acres for lots of privacy and spots for tents. Full kitchen, washing machine, and a full bathroom with a stand up shower. $175/night or $1000/week. The cottage is fully furnished.

Inside is a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, central air-conditioning, walk-in shower and soaker tub. We have an entire house R/O system, so all the water from every tap is perfect. DO NOT BRING BOTTLED WATER. To swim you must paddle out to a raft. There is a small sandy beach with a wading area for the little children.

Lyncreek Cottage is open year round. it sits on private property on Lyndhurst river in Lyndhurst, Ontario. Observe various types of waterfowl or enjoy the sound of our meandering river as it flows into Lyndhurst Lake. This is all part of the natural surroundings in your own private cottage. A great place to stay if you are travelling through the area or while enjoying all the area has to offer including excellent fishing, paddling and hiking area trails.
