Between Rouen and Giverny, a large, peaceful, and authentic 110 m² house with an enclosed courtyard (private pontoon currently under reconstruction), just a short distance from the town center. Enjoy the Impressionist-style scenery from this south-facing residence with its sun-drenched terrace, close to bike paths, the Poses lakes, and the Vaudreuil golf course. Motorcyclists and cyclists welcome. Guests can park their motorcycles and bicycles in the courtyard.
