Small townhouse perfect for four adults or two adults and two children. All city shops are 500 m away, several supermarkets are within 2 km. Relatively easy parking close by. On weekends, the presence of the Brionne road is not a problem at night, maybe on weekdays the traffic is heavier in the evening and in the morning. As it is an old house, the staircase that goes upstairs is narrow and a little steep; probably not very easy with a big suitcase.

Mansion with lots of charm, very well equipped (for both children and adults.) Large garden ideal for children. Very nice bedding. Communication was perfect as well as self check-in. I recommend this place without so much as a second thought!

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is well furnished. It is located in a quiet area. We enjoyed the view, enjoyed the sunset and the garden terrace.

Very nice house, cocooning and quiet for lovers of the countryside. Great 6-seater hot tub. Stay made as a couple but also ideal for friends and family.

Florian was a responsive and very kind host. Florian and his collaborator gave us tips on where to go or where to park. The location is great, I would say almost 10 minutes from all points of interest, in a super central area. As for parking, there are no free parking lots near the house, only paid stripes on the street or private parking always for a fee.

We had a great stay in Rouen. We wanted to explore the city with a 3 year old child. The place is big and convenient, it has all amenities. It has quite a few big windows to let some. fresh air in and had some useful roller blinds. The beds were comfy. We cooked our dinner here and has all that you need. Fulgence was a polite and helpful host, which we appreciated!

The apartment is beautiful, furnished with style and equipped with everything you need. A stone's throw from the Seine and the University, it allows you to reach the center in a few minutes (even by public transport since the stops are really close) leaving the car safe in the private garage. Due to an unexpected event, we had to postpone check-out for about an hour and Anthony proved to be available and responsive in answering us. In a word: highly recommended.

The accommodation is really conveniently located for visiting the city. Very cozy, very clean and perfectly equipped. Very well heated, which is great, I'm sensitive to the cold. We parked our car at the station parking lot, very good option. Clément is proactive, excellent communication and very pleasant exchanges. Frankly, we know where to stay for our next visit to Rouen. My friends and I enjoyed the apartment very much and were perfect for 5 people. Close to everything and a nice walk down to the city center or tram a couple of stations just. Very nice hostess and easy to communicate with. The apartment was on the 6th floor with large balcony and evening sun which was fantastic. Highly recommend.

A perfect stay in this apartment in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything is as described. The host is very responsive. The city center of Rouen is directly accessible in about twenty minutes on foot, perfect for enjoying this beautiful city. I had a great time there.
