Parfait studio pour visiter Rouen. Neuf, confortable et le gros plus un emplacement parking ! Rare sur Rouen. Avec un arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble, en 8 min vous êtes dans le centre !

Logement impeccable pour dormir et repartir rapidement, hôte aimable et réactif, quartier calme. La boîte à clé était un peu capricieuse mais il suffit d'insister un peu.

The host was very responsive and welcomed us warmly at check-in. He explained everything about the flat and recommended nearby restaurants. The flat was clean, convenient, and surrounded by many dining options. Highly recommended!

Très bon séjour passé chez Emmanuel. À notre arrivée, le logement était propre, bien rangé et bien agencé. Nous avons été bien accueillies. Il était facile de se garer gratuitement dans la rue. Le centre de Rouen est à quelques minutes en voiture. Seuls légers bémols : les escaliers un peu raides (ma fille a glissé et est tombée) et aussi le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de wifi. Mais sinon très bien, je recommande et je reviendrais si je dois revenir à Rouen. Merci beaucoup à Emmanuel !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, appartement conforme aux photos, propre, l’hôte est sympa et disponible. Seul bémol pour les serviettes et draps qui sentaient le linge mouillé.

Stayed for just over a month in Christine’s apartment. Great location right in the heart of the historic old town. Nice and quiet, being at the back of the courtyard and it had everything I needed. You’ll need to be fairly fit to manage the steep spiral staircase. But it’s a super place to stay and Christine was very responsive, flexible and helpful.

eve est chaleureuse, et compréhensible par rapport aux horaires, le logement était très propre, bien équipé et bien situé, impeccable. Eve a été très claire et précise sur les informations permettant d'accéder à l'appartement, tout en étant à l'écoute des besoins , témoignant d'une qualité d'hôte irréprochable, je recommande entièrement ce logement :)

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Everything is great about Isabelle’s apartment, it’s located in old town but quiet street, easy to walk around and about. The apartment is well equipped with everyday needs. The communication with Isabelle is very easy and smooth, she even offered us to stay longer and late check out. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Le logement était parfait. Propre . Bien aménagé. Salle de bain magnifique ! De plus nous avions eu les lits préparés et ouverts pour notre arrivée . C’était formidable pour notre famille fatiguée par la route Merci beaucoup.

Étant habitué des Airbnb car je voyage beaucoup, j’ai trouvé ce Airbnb particulièrement bien ! Environnement calme, appartement spacieux, propre, efficace. Hôtes réactifs et présents si besoin. Je recommande à 100%, n’hésitez pas.

très bon séjour, tout étais impeccable. Un petit bémol, je n’est eu aucune réponse après avoir envoyé un message pour obtenir un retard tardif malgré une relance. Sinon, je recommande ce logement si vous voulais passer un moment à deux dans un chouette endroit.

Wonderful location and very quiet for being near the city center. Apartment was private and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and we had a wonderful stay. Jean-Luc and his cohosts responded promptly when I had questions before and during our stay. Wonderful hosts and beautiful location!
