The huge property offers outdoor seating, barbecue and a fire pit. Pool table and fireplace guarantee social evenings. Within walking distance you can easily reach the heated outdoor swimming pool. There are top restaurants in the area and the rat catcher town of Hameln.

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Gemünden Castle is a former castle from the 13th century, which was converted for residential purposes during the Baroque period. The manor house offers 6 spacious bedrooms with space for up to 6 families and groups up to 12 adults up to 12 adults. 16 people can be accommodated in 5 double beds and on good mattresses. Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.
