The houseboat is located in a quiet sub-arm of the Oberelbe. The interior is 20sqm and consists of a separate sleeping berth, a seating corner, a spacious kitchen line and an entrance hall. The seat can be converted to a sleeping place. The houseboat has a fan heater and a wood stove. The roof terrace has an area of 35 sq.m. The boat is equipped with a small toilet / washroom. The sanitary facilities (shower, WC, washing machine, dishwasher) are located in a container on land, about 200m away.
“We were already for the 4th time on the houseboat and it was once again a wonderful time! Even in rainy weather, we really enjoyed heating the stove and listening to the rain on the water. The large Biosphere Reserve on the Elbe is ideal for long walks in the countryside - perfect to escape the stress and noise of the city. Falling asleep to the calls of the Uhus at night or being awakened in the morning by the migratory birds in the fog is simply incomparable. Wilma and Marc-Oliver are great hosts! The communication is fast and smooth, everything is uncomplicated and extremely cordial. We will definitely be back next year.”
