In the middle of the spa town of Bad Zwesten surrounded by cycling and hiking trails, on the edge of the Kellerwald National Park and close to Kassel, there is a clay-built earth house, which was originally built as a therapy house, converted into an exclusive vacation home and thus is unique in Germany. We have placed emphasis on originality, with a touch of luxury. In addition to the excellent climate due to the clay construction, it remains well air-conditioned even on hot summer days.

A spacious living area is highlighted by a circular window providing natural light. A modern sofa in muted tones is positioned near the wooden dining table, with a uniquely designed wooden staircase visible in the background. The warm wooden flooring enhances the inviting ambiance.

The house is located near Cheb about 5 km from the historic center. There is a terrace with a garden with a sandpit and a trampoline, so even children will not be bored. Parking in front of the house. The surrounding area is captivated by beautiful views of the Maria Loreto Chapel. The whole house is built of straw with clay plaster.
