we had an amazing time in Nikos his villa. the place is enormous and even more beautiful than on the pictures. very close by are 2 mini markets with the necessary stuff and there are good restaurants close by. the shipwreck viewpoint is very close by. unfortunately it was cloudy during our stay but otherwise I am certain the sunset would have been amazing as well! one note, there are 3 bedrooms but 2 of them upstairs are quite Light as there are windows close to the ceiling which cannot be covered. the bedroom downstairs though is perfect. thank you Nikos for this amazing place!!

The hospitality was out of this world. We arrived quite late in the evening, but were still greeted with a warm smile. Never felt more welcome! The villa was very clean and spacious and the fridge was full of drinks and foods on arrival. The neighbourhood was very calm and cozy too. Thank you very much to Antreas and his family, we would definitely recommend this accomodation to anyone who wants to visit Zakynthos.

The stay at the villa was really great. Everything was great from start to finish. The villa is very well maintained, new and beautiful. It was all very clean from the pool to the kitchen and to the bedrooms and toilets. The complete villa was spotless. The only negative thing that didn't fit is that the location of the villa is not so great. You are in the middle of a village and there are hardly any supermarkets or restaurants nearby. We had trouble finding something here, but otherwise everything really worked out. If possible, I would definitely book this villa again and definitely recommend it.

For guests wanting to enjoy tranquility, this accommodation is 1 hour's drive from the island's festive neighborhoods, allowing you after busy days to find yourself in a very peaceful and unobstructed place. House as pictured, bathroom a little small with little hot water (but in summer no need for hot water!), very welcome air conditioning, accessible and functional amenities... Everything was perfect!

This place was INCREDIBLE. We can't say enough good things about the house and the host. House: The place was immaculate. They've done a beautiful job in the design of the place. There are endless spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and lounge comfortably. The beds and couches were cozy and the views are spectacular. The Location: The house is located on the quieter side of the island and was exactly what we wanted for our relaxing vacation. It was a short drive to half a dozen or more stunning and non-crowded beaches and lots of delicious and charming restaurants. Renting a car is a must and will make exploring the area much easier. The Host: George is the best. He's very responsive and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. He even baked us fresh cookies for our arrival. What a gem. Wow! What can we say! This place is just amazing! Stunning location, so peaceful & a beautiful view of surrounding mountains & the ocean. The villa itself is spotlessly clean , the beds are comfy, lots of fluffy white towels plus dressing gowns & slippers included. Lovely beach/pool towels also included. The host (Arthur) was nothing short of incredible, he met us at the villa upon arrival to show us around, sent a list as long as your arm for places to visit & eat at & even put us in touch with a lovely guy to hire a boat from. He also messaged over our stay to ask if we needed anything. The pool was cleaned daily & house keeping pop in to bring fresh towels etc. I would say this villa is in a perfect spot to explore the islands hot spots & beaches. A few places around the corner are fabulous for food - Skinos, Orientes & Nobelos to name a few. Lovely little marina too. We also drove around 50 minutes to Zante town. Beautifull position, perfect house for a couple that love the sea and tranquillity. You can go to swimm in the morning when you wake up from the house in the little bay with rocks and in the evening relax with a incredible panorama... and you have the little port of Nicolaus few minutes by car. The outside shower is fantastic.

Without a doubt the most fantastic Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The view from the house is absolutely breathtaking—sunrises that will stay with us forever. The house itself is incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a full kitchen to thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra comfortable. The beds are dreamy, the sofa is perfect for lounging after a beach day, and the showers feel like a spa experience. Our host was absolutely charming and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived—warm, responsive, and full of great local tips. The nearby village is just 10 minutes away and definitely worth a visit. We especially recommend La Grotta—a cozy spot with truly delicious food. And don’t miss Paolo Corners for the best gyros on the island (and the kindest people!). It was our first time visiting, and we highly recommend exploring the whole island. T
