The stay was perfect. The apartment is very clean, cozy and you have everything you need. We were very grateful for the air conditioning to cool down after or before a hot summer day in Dubrovnik and we also liked to use the sandwich maker in the morning. Communication was also very good and fast. The old town is within walking distance in about 20 minutes and the beautiful beach Bellevue nearby is highly recommended if you don't mind the many stairs there. Thank you, Ivica, for everything!

Mlini is such a beautiful beach paradise, we felt very lucky to have a quiet spot to unwind. It was very easy to uber from this location to the airport at 5:30 AM the next day as well. Grateful to our hosts and the town of Mlini!

We had a great time staying at Mirjana’s apartment! The location was excellent. The beach is a few minutes away, the bus stop is a few minutes the other way, and the grocery store was a short walk away. Not to mention there were a lot of restaurants and cafe right out front along the promenade. Mirjana was a great host. She even met us late night after our flight was delayed to check us in. She had a lot of great tips on what to see and how to get around. The apartment had everything we needed and had a nice patio to sit on. I would recommend this place and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Mirna’s sea-front apartment. During our stay, we chose to cross the beach in order to get to the apartment. The walk wasn’t too strenuous for us and our two kids (aged 2 and 4 years). It's better to arrive for the first time during daylight hours (which we didn’t, but we got super lucky to run into Mirna who showed us the way). Our only request during the stay (a baby crib) was promptly fulfilled by Mirna. We'd like to thank our hosts!

Anita was an amazing host. From the beginning, she explained everything perfectly. How to get there, how to access the place, and all the details we needed for a smooth stay. The apartment was just like in the pictures, clean, very well located and a nice view. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Angela’s apartment. Angela and her husband were super responsive, and went out of their way to help make our stay 5 star. We travelled with a 1 year old baby, and they had a cot, high chair and even toys to help entertain him with. We also had groceries and homemade treats upon check in which was very convenient. View was absolutely stunning - we couldn’t get enough! Would definitely recommend this place and stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Marina’s place. We booked very last minute (24 hours’ notice) but Marina made it very easy for us. We loved the house - it was spacious, clean and tidy and the pool was great for the kids. Marina was very welcoming, very responsive and very helpful. Everything went very smoothly! The house is about a ten minute walk from the sea. It is a steep path which but worth it for the beautiful water on arrival. There isn’t a beach as such but there is a natural swimming pool and a designated swimming area which was great. One point to note is that parking is a few minutes walk from the house near the church. However you can pull up a short al walk from the house to load and unload cases so it was no problem for us. We had a great time and would happily stay at Marina’s place again.

Stayed here for 11 nights in May 2025, highlight was the beautiful green patio area. Everything we needed for the stay was catered for. Great central location. Iris was at hand for any questions/information we needed. Everything was as described. Thank you Iris!! 😊

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. Absolutely amazing! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

We spend two weeks in Trsteno house and we had a great time The house is located in a beautiful botanical garden with a stunning sea view. We loved watching the sunset, swimming in the sea, playing cards and spending time together as a family. One of the reasons I chose the house was, because I wanted a quiet and safe location. One of my sons is Autistic we wanted to keep away from busy hotels and holiday resorts. This place has it all. The house is clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want to, great shower and stunning views. Majas parents live next door and they are very nice people. Anka, Majas mum brought us some home grown fruit and vegetables. Ivo, Majas dad took us to Lopud island on his boat. Maja is one of the most helpful aquick responding hosts. I felt like I had a private tourist guide on my phone. I could tell she loves her country and has a very good knowledge about where to go and what to do. We loved every minute of our holiday.

We loved this apartment. Mario was easy to communicate with and his mother was waiting for us to let us into the apartment. He was very quick to respond with recommendations for meals. The house is very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was very nice for us and the view is gorgeous. We would recommend this house!

Ines was beyond helpful from before check-in to check-out. There was an issue with the address from Airbnb and she made it a point to help. She met us as well at check in which was nice and introduced us to the room :) Ines was also very proactive in helping us with the air conditioning and provided recommendations for bars/restaurants which we explored during our visit. The accommodation itself was comfortable and the patio was nice! The room was clean and the massage chair was a nice touch! We loved how close it was to Old Town and restaurants (however there’s quite a lot of steps to be considerate of). The neighborhood itself was quiet and we felt safe at night walking. Overall we had a comfortable time and were very grateful that Ines was our host!

Listing as described. Perfect location close to small quiet beaches and at the same time close to Dubrovnik. Public transport nearby. Lazar is very friendly, he even helped us carry our luggage. I would recommend this nice little place!

We had a fantastic stay at Ivo’s apartment in Lumbarda. The location is perfect and the photos struggle to capture the beauty of view you get from the front terrace (there are two terraces!). Nothing separates you from the sea apart from the local road to the centre of town. There are a couple of very small sandy beaches in the town but 15 minutes walk to a beautiful large sandy beach. If you have a car we recommend Pupnatska Luka as our favourite beach - windy small road to get there but its worth it! Ivo and his wife were perfect hosts - lovely to deal with and very helpful. The apartment is bright open and spotless with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back in the future.
