Fantastic accommodation that has everything you need and more. Only a 15 minute walk into the Old town where there are a plethora of restaurants to suit every budget. Bars and Wine bars that cater for tastings are available as well. The accommodation is a short walk to a small supermarket for those everyday extras as well as a bakery and a couple of cafes. The accommodation itself has sizeable bedrooms, kitchen and outdoor living space. The hot tub is a bonus. Other amenities such as washing facilities are available with ample airers. The kitchen is well stocked, with all the appliances you would need. A memorable stay and we would use again.

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. Her local tips and warm hospitality made us feel so welcome and looked after. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Thank you, Sanja

Since booking the host Sanja was at my disposal. No question or providing me with information was a problem. She arranged airport transfers at a very reasonable price. She also arranged a private 8 hour boat trip for me and 5 friends. She gave me lots of very useful information and recommendations about the surrounding area and what we could do while in Dubrovnik. We did have slight issue finding the house because the driver dropped us off at wrong section of the road. However, Sanjas aunt came to our rescue very quickly and showed us the way. We had the best time in Dubrovnik for 2 friends special birthdays and would definitely go back. Sanja house was absolutely beautiful and had the most fab modern furnishings. Everything about it was just so gorgeous.

We had a fantastic stay! Paola’s home is centrally located, with easy access to many great restaurants and shops. The entire area is beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. Paola was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. We booked this beautiful place as a group of 4 for my husband's 40th birthday celebrations. Communication with Mato from start to finish was great, he was very responsive and even provided a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a really lovely touch. Location-wise, it felt private and had incredible views of Cavtat. I do feel like I should mention that it would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues as there are A LOT of steps and uneven ground. We were dropped off by taxi at Cavtat bus station and there's a short walk (no more than 10 mins) to get to Mato's place. The apartment itself is stunning, just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. Fresh towels were provided during our stay and our bins were emptied. The outside space is gorgeous, we really enjoyed spending evenings in the hot tub overlooking the water. There are a few small jobs that need finishing off but it didn't bother us at all. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Božo has a wonderful place and definitely earns his super host rating. He contacted us along the way to arriving and was able to offer an earlier check in. Whilst there nothing was ever a problem if we asked he did all he could to accommodate us and offered help on any asks for trips. We loved the place and pool and being away from the town. Definitely try the Konobo Knez restaurant if you can, food was incredible. Wish we had been staying longer. My only suggestion is to make it clear that the 3 bedrooms are not all in 1 apartment, the 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance and key, so more like an2 bedroom apartment. Our teenage daughter didn’t feel comfortable to stay on her own in there. There is plenty of room in both spaces. I’d add a kitchenette and small bistro table in the downstairs as then offers a perfect shared space with relatives or friends when needed.

Andrija is an amazing host. He helped us find his home and welcomed us with wine, recommended a great local restaurant - even calling them for us, and made sure to show us how various parts of the house worked. The home itself is situated on a beautiful cove. The weather did not cooperate to allow us to swim but our kids had fun playing around the yard and at the water's edge. This neighborhood is quiet and not much going on but an easy drive to towns with shops / restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Wow, would give this place 10 stars if I could! Extremely clean, well-organized, and the view - oh my gosh, so beautiful! Very close to the Old Town and everything you’d want to do. Company was very responsive when I requested an extra pillow and arrived not even an hour later with it. Highly recommend if you get the chance to book! :)

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, and perfectly situated. The pool and hot tub were such a treat, and being right on the sea made it all feel extra special. Getting into town was easy with taxis, Ubers, or even the local bus, but honestly, we loved just relaxing at the house! What truly made our stay unforgettable was Katarina and her family. She went above and beyond—helping us find a phenomenal private chef, offering thoughtful recommendations, and being so warm and generous with her time. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience. Highly recommend—this was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

Veselko could not have been a better host. His place is what an Airbnb should be. Literally everything you would want is provided, right down to coal and lighters for the BBQ. The views are breath-taking, instantly relaxing you. This home is super clean and Veselko could not have been more accommodating with tips on local places to eat. It was our first time to Croatia which was beautiful, wonderful scenery and friendly people. This home from home will not disappoint. Leaving to come home was the hardest part of our trip.

We are delighted with the accommodation! Fully equipped accommodation to the smallest detail, even a tablet for the dishwasher. We were greeted with a gift of the house (drinks, fruit,…). The host offered to wait for us at the agreed place to make it easier for us to find the house. We had the option of early check-in. Everything was clean and the host gave us tips and advice on local attractions. We'll come again!

Everything matched the pictures and met our expectations. Accommodation was clean, Sandra very friendly, would recommend anytime. Bus to the old town around the corner.

Our family had a wonderful time at Tanja’s home! With 5 adults and 2 kids under 7, we felt comfortable. The view from the bedrooms and pool were stunning and the pool was perfect! The house is located on the main road but is set up on a hill with lots of steps. We enjoyed exploring the area. There is a walking path just across the street and down the stairs and another up the road where you can park and walk down. A must do for beautiful rock beaches! We explored Gradac which was a short drive up the road - pizza take out, ice cream, a giant swing on the beach, and dinner outside on the water. There is also a Plodines (grocery store) just up the street. The house is about half way between Dubrovnik and Split - just under 2 hrs each way which was perfect for exploring. I suggest checking out Makarska (Riva Resturant!) when heading towards split and Mali Ston (Kapetanova kuća) when heading towards Dubrovnik. Tanja was extremely helpful and such a wonderful host!

Our family loved this stunningly beautiful house with its enchanting views. Blue water beckons from every window, just steps away. The ever-so-inviting terrace meanders along the back of the house, just above the walkable seawall, which leads to small shops and restaurants a few minutes’ stroll away. The large, open terrace is made for outdoor living, with beautiful views from every angle. There is a private dock area below the seawall walkway; it’s a great place to nap or read and to use as a launch for the paddle boards and kayaks provided by Daro, the host. Daro is incredibly helpful and responsive and answers every inquiry. Our family enjoyed talking to him ( he is on site) over a coffee in the village. He really apoears to enjoy making sure that your stay is the absolute best that he can provide. The house is well situated for local travel: we had easy day trips to local vineyards, Korčula, Split and Dubrovnik by rental car. ….One of our best experiences.

Stayed at this villa with my family to celebrate my 50th and it didn’t disappoint! House and grounds were beautiful. Loved that there were lots of activities available for all abilities - the young ones did basketball and badminton and the older ones could join in when it came to pentanque and pool. Nikolina was a great host and the most communicative I’ve ever experienced on AirBnB. She arranged a private catamaran trip for us - which was an amazing day out, as well as restaurant recommendations which were also great. Loved it so much, we didn’t want to come home Thanks Nikolina
