This is the second time I rent the house and we really enjoyed it, good distribution of the bedrooms, the pool impeccable, the quincho has everything you could need as well as the kitchen. The view from the house is beautiful! Cristián, Paola and Mrs. Ingrid were always attentive to my inquiries, thank you very much for that! Just one detail, which does not have to do with the house but the condominium: there was none of the 8 days when there were no work noises in other houses (that could be handled with the rules of co-owners to respect the rest period in summer). Regardless of that, for one you end up getting used to it, I would come back anyway!

Excellent apartment, we loved it Panoramic view of the pool and beach from the dining room to the room. The super equipped kitchen had all the fixtures you could need, spacious refrigerator and large terrace. The hosts are very friendly, I recommend it 100%

Our stay at Wendy's house was simply spectacular. The place is quiet, private and perfect for really relaxing. We felt very comfortable and the best thing of all was that we could bring our dog, which made the experience even more special. I went with my 3-month-old and 3-year-old children, and it's definitely a good place to go with children and as a family. 100% recommended

The place is as it appears in the photos. Clean and with everything you need for a good stay. We were taken care of very well from the arrival to the residential complex. Neruda's house can be reached walking and there is also a well stocked supermarket nearby. It is very good to stay there since everything is like new. Comfortable, private and safe. If we go to Black Island again we will repeat.

We chose the house for the views and they turned out much better than the photos!!! The location is unbeatable, with incredible ocean views that can be seen from every room in the house. The location is unbeatable, it is absolutely worth it. The house is spacious, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces and a well-stocked kitchen. There are several paths down to the beaches and rocks. Although the one that leaves from the house is closed, we went down the neighbor's (who was very kind in offering us to go down there) but there are also several other public paths. The environment is really spectacular and quiet to relax. The check-in instructions are clear and we had trouble locating the house. A couple of very minor issues: the main shower bracket is loose, which makes it a little uncomfortable to use. The other thing is that the grill needs a renovation. But these issues do not affect the overall stay and I only mentioned them as suggestions. 100% recommended!

The apartment is well-equipped and has everything you need to do different activities; toiletries, well-equipped kitchen, bedrooms with extra bedding. Excellent, our stay was 100% rest, beautiful view, we enjoyed the pool with the children. The garden has eucalyptus trees where the kids played despite the slope, it was quite an adventure for them. Felipe, great host , always attentive to wsapp, the two times I wrote to him because of a problem he solved it proactively the same day. Always sending us useful information. It was a pleasant surprise to find a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules. To improve: -It would be useful for the description to specify the distance to the beaches of algarrobo and Quintay since they are 25-30 min by car. To the beach of Tunquen, if you are going on foot, from the condominium it is 1.20h. - The en-suite bathroom has a loud sound when you throw the chain, I mentioned it to Felipe, sure for the next it will be fixed. - Some mattresses need replacement. - The kitchen does not have an oven, only an electric one, also wouldn't play and would add more lozes and cutlery.
