This is a great location to stay. Right on a busy kite beach with activity at your doorstep and right above Latuna beach bar. Great place to eat or just a drink. Bar closes shortly after 9:00 pm so the music ends before it becomes annoying. This suite is directly beside the stairway to the campsite and other Bungalos. A great place to meet the locals and neighbours but also lacked the privacy on the same deck. Can’t get closer to beach and kiting than this unit. Kitchen was basic and the bed was on the hard side for our liking. Suite was clean and worth the price of admission.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Vistamar penthouse. Beautiful, luxury yet comfortable place. Great location with amazing views. Communication with the host was pleasant, easy and helpful. We used golf cart everywhere that was included, which is a great bonus. Lots of good restaurants, beach club, golf and Marina within a few minutes. Cleaning ladies came every day and did an amazing job! Very neat, clean and peaceful town. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for beautiful beaches, amazing fresh food, and outstanding service. Thank you so much for your hospitality and unforgettable experience!

Beautiful bungalows, great view of the ocean and lots of great little bars and restaurants around.

I can’t say enough great things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless and and incredibly cozy. The property immediately made us feel right at home. Michael and his Co-Host Karla were wonderful—super responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and they even checked in on us during our stay (so thoughtful!). The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The view of the marina from our balcony was simply amazing. Truly a great stay!!

The place is amazing, the apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, it is a very quiet place and the area is very nice. Tathiana is an excellent host. We will definitely be back

Thank you Fernando for having us. We had 3 families stay. Accommodations were clean and well located with a couple taco shacks up the street and the best fish store in town is across the street. Easy access to the beach just down some steps and a few hundred steps to the water.

This place is on top of a hot spring, and you can full the jacuzzi any time you want, that is just amaizing. And the location is exceptional, really quiet and in the sea. Definitely worth the visit, can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this very beautiful home! Beautiful views, right on the beach, wonderfully relaxing spacious home and patio, lots of room for entertaining, very well-equipped kitchen. You would need to stay a lot longer than we did to avail yourself of all of the amenities. Gorgeous cardon forest right across the street with bike/ running paths. Plenty of parking. Allan was EXTREMELY responsive, answering all messages promptly. The only suggestion I have is to revise the instructions in the app; they specify to call a person who was not the correct person when we visited, and the directions to the house are confusing and there is more than one set, which conflict with one another. While we were trying to find the house (in the dark, our bad, do not advise) Allan was answering our messages right away and finally came to get us, then all was OK. I would not change a single other thing, though!

We had a great stay. Terri was awesome, super helpful and responsive. The kitchen was the best I’ve seen on Airbnb, fully stocked with everything you’d need including spices and oils/ vinegar, tea etc. the internet was good. It was perfect for wind sports as you can launch from right out front on a very uncrowded sandy beach. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Casa Alas Ventana. The house was spacious and had a good layout. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and time in the hot tub after being on the water. The location was convenient and the area for gear storage was awesome. We would recommend the house to others.

we loved our stay here! perfect place to take out for downwinder (near public access spot so lots of ppl to land kite). little deck/patio sitting over ocean, with best view in town of sunrises. and sheltered patio with comfy furniture to enjoy the afternoon out of wind and sunsets over the cactus forest. we stayed here during an unseasonably chilly february, there were a few chilly nights and mornings. but lisa mentions bringing warm clothes- if you stay here during that time be sure to listen. but tons of blanket available. very well stocked kitchen too- everything you need including fun margarita glasses! we will absolutely stay here again!

Best house in La Ventana! Absolutely, stunningly beautiful. Sami was a wonderful host and went the extra mile in recommending a physician in the area after I pulled a muscle. I can't praise the location and house enough.

An excellent place near the pier of La Paz. In my case, I stayed with my family, 2 children and my wife. A very good option

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

This space was so much more than described .. and is the most perfect location. If you're looking for top notch relaxation and beautiful views, this place has it all. The ease of eating, shopping for necessities and enjoying the amazing beach club make this spot a top notch destination. I had several interactions with Edgar as the responding host during our visit and he was so prompt and answered all of my questions. I hope to return to this lovely condo! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay- beautiful views, quiet, great pool and grounds. Studio was well equipped. Alvaro Humberto was super helpful with suggestions of activities and restaurants in the area. We took his advice on a tour company to Espírito Santo island and had a fantastic day- highly recommend.

Wonderful stay, access to both the beach and the pool was amazing. Location was gated and felt safe, and was only a short drive to town. Would recommend!
