Me and my fiancé stayed the weekend to celebrate 420 and had a blast. Great location to Old Colo City, Pikes Peak, and other things around. I would recommend staying at James’ house.

perfect location to downtown, beautiful place for 3 people or less! so clean!! They stand on Business though no late check out unless you're willing to pay a twenty dollar fee smiley face per hour Great host

I had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's sweet cabin. It was warm and cozy, with everything I needed to settle in each evening. I was out all day and looked forward to coming back at night. The cabin had a good hot shower, a full kitchen and a comfortable bed with soft quilts and plenty of pillows. I slept well and woke to a family of deer walking by the deck in the early morning. I would definitely come back again.

My wife and I loved this stay! Super easy check in with clear communication from the host. Couldn’t have picked a better location to enjoy CO and Manitou Springs! Great location that made it so easy to get to all of the sites and experiences in the area. We definitely hope to be back soon! Highly recommend this stay!

This place is a true gem, comfortable, private, and you can walk anywhere in Old Colorado City with ease. I stayed for 5 weeks and didn't want to leave. You can see Pikes Peak from the front porch, and hiking is beyond abundant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beth is a fantastic host and this is a fantastic place to stay.

Checking in was easy and upon entering, the house appeared very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. The Old North End is a quiet neighborhood and very walkable. The shook run trail is very close and allows walking access to most of Colorado springs but the neighborhood is so beautiful we walked on the sidewalks. The Good Neighbor Meeting House is a nice nearby restaurant. We especially appreciated Sara helping the last day when there was a spring snow and we weren't sure we could leave on time. Even though the house was booked for the weekend, she allowed us to stay later for the roads to clear. Overal,l it was a great stay. Would stay there again

We loved staying at Sigrid’s! We felt right at home, had everything we needed (and more), and the location is right in the middle of everything while feeling perfectly tucked away. Sigrid was also an incredible host and very helpful!

Hands down cleanest Air BnB I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Not to mention, they have thought of everything and what you’re getting for the price is phenomenal. It’s a little further from downtown than I would have liked but wow, so worth it for the beautiful space. Love the outdoor area complete with fire pit.

This was my 2nd time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the 1st. clean, beautifully decorated, walkable to ivywild. My only complaint was that there was no heater in the bathroom. A random cold front and snow came through on my 2nd day and the bathroom was freezing. Everything else was great!

We had a great stay! It was a prime location and Katie was super accommodating and helpful. The pillows were a little thin and the space would’ve benefited from a deep clean, but we would definitely come again. Thank you guys! It was also so convenient that there was a washer/drying rack to do our laundry.

The Amazing Blue Spruce Chalet was quaint, peaceful and had everything one needs for a weekend get away. With all the amenities we were able to cook some awesome meals but the quaint Woodland Park town has cute eateries as well. The highlights, beautiful sunsets and a bubbly hot tub to warm up after a day of hiking. So close to Garden of the Gods and other gorgeous landmarks. cannot wait to return!

Frank was amazing! Very friendly and the cottage was very homey. I really liked the hot tub and the fact it was 4/20 friendly as well. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet as well. Also check in and the check out was well explained and easy. Will be going back again!🩷

This fit my families accommodation perfectly and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Everything was within 20 minutes. We will definitely be staying here again.

We loved the fenced in yard for our dogs! Home was very clean and exactly as described... actually it was better. Everything we could have needed was provided and Nikole was so accommodating to us! We had a very enjoyable stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Chris and his wife were so kind and welcoming. The classic felt very private despite its proximity to other buildings on the property, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and grill. The place is thoughtfully decorated and felt so cozy and special.

Amanda was an awesome host and super easy to talk with. She's a super host for a reason! The house is in a perfect location putting you 15 mins away from a multitude of things to do. Tiny House coffee across the street was a morning favorite stop for me and my corgi! This little house not only housed us for a week, but will also be a mainstay in our memories of our family trip to Colorado Springs 💜

Great place within 20min of almost anything in Colorado Springs. Secluded and private, overlooks horses in morning and night. We had a great time with our 3yr old while there.

This was a cute cozy little Airbnb that had everything we needed for our 10 day stay visiting family and sight seeing.

This tiny home was perfect for our weekend getaway. The bed was comfy and everything was organized and clean. They put so much thought into the layout, which made it even better. Our favorite part was watching the snow fall from the skylight window.

The birdhouse was a wonderful place to stay. Hosts were proactive and responsive, everything was clean and as stated in the listing, and it was a short walk to coffee, restaurants, and not far from some great views and hiking. I worked from home while there and found the WiFi reliable. It’s compact, but perfect for a solo trip. Slightly difficult to find at first, but once you do, you’re golden.

Jacquie was an amazing and communicative host, she was very responsive to all of my questions and proactively reached out to me leading up to & during the trip. The place was cute, comfortable, and conveniently located near downtown. Highly recommend!
