If you're trying to stay near downtown springs it's a great spot. Nice quaint spot no issues with anything had a great time

This is a very cute little cottage and perfect for a nice little getaway. I came here with a couple of my girlfriends to spend sometime in Manitou Springs we also took in hiking the incline and walking around in the village and partaking in some of the nice restaurants in the area

Very comfortable for a family of 4 (two teenagers, so they had their own rooms). The host recently installed individual air-conditioners in all the bedrooms which kept each room very comfortable to each person’s liking. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. She greeted us on arrival and provided additional instructions, when needed and answered any questions we had. The home was conveniently located near our family’s home as well as centrally to many restaurants, the interstate and Academy Drive.

Great location in the heart of Old Colorado City! The house was very spacious and clean and Danielle was very responsive. The house is minutes away from Garden of the Gods, as well as Manitou Springs, and we were able to enjoy our time, eat at great nearby restaurants, and have a convenient drive back. I recommend this place and would return.

Beautiful location and easy access to all near by attractions

Had a great stay here. Minutes from everything it seemed. Only drawback was it needs a new BBQ grill, which they now about and plan to replace. Private outdoor space was a bit small but very nice. Great communication, very easy to get along with.

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by picturesque views in one direction and restaurants in the other. Close to hwy access for ease of getting around. Patio, laundry, kitchen with all the things to cook and eat meals, garage for parking a perk. Plenty of table and living room seating. Pool table downstairs.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. We particularly enjoyed the arcade game, which was a fun addition to our evenings and the host allowed for us to check in a bit early since we arrived ahead of schedule. However, we did find that there were not a lot of kitchen utensils available, so keep that in mind if you plan to cook. Also, if you're planning to visit local attractions like Garden of the Gods, be aware that it's a bit of a drive. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Great place to stay! The host was a friendly neighbor. The place was very clean and well decorated. The swing and backyard are nice as well. We liked the board games and Netflix. It was hot, so the fans helped to cool off. We recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic layout. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of supplies, making it easy to prepare meals. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to resolve an issue with our booking due to an Airbnb error. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Roberto was great at both reaching out with necessary info and checking on our stay, as well as responding promptly to our questions. This rental has an amazing view of Pike’s Peak, and is located near other sites, such as Garden of the Gods and the Cliff Dwellings, and is a small drive to Colorado Springs. The space was very clean, as described, and had all amenities listed. Would recommend this host and property!

Loved this spacious, modern townhouse with an open floor plan in the main living area. Great location, close to all the tourist attractions and great views of the mountains. The couches and mattresses were very comfortable. We loved spending time sitting on the balcony with the gas fire pit. The host included lots of thoughtful amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Appreciated the cleanliness. Nice to have access to the garage for our car since there were many storms while we were there. Very quiet and we enjoyed watching the horses out the master bedroom windows. Would definitely stay here again!
