Everything is perfect, although when checking in we did not find the remote control of the gate, Eduardo responded immediately to solve the problem, delivering a solution. Everything that the description of the house is fulfilled, it is a great place to go as a family and the house is in perfect condition, there was nothing we needed and it hasn't been. I would definitely go again.

Villa Brown exceeds expectations, a home full of details and relaxing spaces. Very welcoming, in an environment of nature where everything is willing to stop and enjoy. The pool is an exquisite place to share and have a great time. Andrés is always concerned and attentive to what might be needed, we will be back soon.

Great place to stay close to Maitencillo

The house is very nice, spacious, warm, with a patio ideal for children. We were a weekend with my husband, our children and a couple of friends and we really enjoyed it very much. Jose Ignacio gives the super clear instructions and responds very quickly. Happy to go back

Beautiful setting between the forest and the sea. The apartment is very comfortable and decorated with nice touches. It also has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Marianela is always very attentive to resolve any situation. It was difficult for us to get there since Waze was sending us in another direction. Maybe Google Maps is more accurate. However, the host was attentive and assisted us at all times and was very helpful to make the stay pleasant. We will definitely be back!!

Very nice apartment, with several amenities that are not found in other places (towels, beds made, comfort, coffee maker, clothes hanger) and you entered with a key so check-in was very easy. It's a very pet-friendly apartment, ideal to go with your dogs, and it's also close to the beach on foot. Barbara is an excellent host, she responded to us very quickly and was very kind. The apartment worked very well for two families (key to the two en-suite rooms). The location is very good and the community is intermediate in size: just to connect with other families but without being overwhelming. A place I plan to go back to.

Being able to open the curtains from the room and seeing the sea a few meters away is relaxing, added to, the possibility of making an asado in the garden next to my lady and our pet was why we select this depto.

The host is a seven, always attentive. The apartment is just like the pictures, very cozy, it never felt cold, with everything at hand for what we were offered and the environment was very quiet and private. My stay was very brief and now in April with colder temperatures, but in summer it must be a delight to be there since it has a beautiful pool with everything to enjoy, gazebos, dining room, dressing rooms, regal armchairs, great, you just have to go and enjoy Papudo in Mariano's apartment.
