Khadija is very responsive. The apartment is in a very good location and well secured. A security guard is present 24/7 in front of the building entrance. I could park my vehicle in front of the building or in the private parking lot. Easy access to the city center in 15 minutes. The very clean apartment with a balcony. Thanks and see you soon. KAYA

Great place to stay in a good location in Casablanca. Walkable to everything! Very clean place and looks exactly like the photos. Felt very comfortable staying at the place and the hosts were very responsive and helpful with instructions and even setting up ride accommodations to the airport for us! Highly recommend

Nice new apartment in a new residence with 2 pools and a gym. The residence is safe and fully gated with security agents at both doors. Kids hang around outside alone and feel very safe. There's a nice water feature in front of the apartment with a gentle water sound all day long. The apartment is comfy and quiet. Good WIFI with fiber optic and dedicated work space/desk. The coffee machine was broken when I arrived and the seats a bit fragile for a big frame like myself. Othmane came straight away with a new coffee machine and new chair. He is a great host and very reactive with his co-host friend Jawad. It's a great apartment to discover Mohammedia. I recommended it.

Our stay at Jamila’s place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was sparkling clean, very comfortable, and exactly as described. Jamila was a fantastic host, welcoming, kind and always available to assist us if needed. The location was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The apartment’s location and size were perfect for a couple for an extended stay ( we stayed for two weeks). The train station, tram, buses and a nice mall with a hyper art were all within walking distance. Three smaller grocery stores and a local market were within 15 minutes walk. The bedroom was very comfortable as was the spacious living room furniture. Self-service wash and dry were free on the mezzanine. There is a building demolition nearby with occasional noise but very manageable as the unit has pretty good sound insulation.

Great beautiful residence, brand new , very clean, nice pools, very close to the ocean and restaurants, shopping. The apartment very very nice and clean, very well equipped , clean sheets and brand new clean towels. Sabrina is the best host I ever met here in Morocco, very kind, respectful, friendly, she responded all my requests, regarding early check in , and about everything. I wish I could put more than 5 stars!!! Thank you very much for everything! If I am ever back here , this is the only apartment I want to stay!

Lina accommodated us, we greatly appreciated it. Easy check in and out. The place is modern and clean; great location - walkable to the beach and has 3 swimming pools on site. The place also has gates and security guards.
