The place matches the description 100%, everything is super tidy and clean, super close to the monumental. Due to issues with the fair, the neighbors had to close the private road. It is known that this is beyond Esther's control, but perhaps she should reach an agreement with the neighbors and give the tenants a chance. As a second observation, it is the hot season and the room has very small windows. There was a fan that helped a little, but just barely.

A nice and very quiet area. Nearby there are restaurants, and the Walmart that is very helpful. I don't know far from the center by car. Also, Mrs. Rosy, the hostess was very helpful and kind the whole time I was there. Finally, I highly recommend the place, very nice, comfortable, maximum for two people.

Our group of 6 had a great stay at Maribel's Airbnb. It was clean, very comfortable, and in a great location. We rented a car during our stay and we never struggled to find street parking nearby. Having an airbnb with A/C in Aguas was a huge plus. Maribel was friendly and communicative. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place with an excellent location and very good cleanliness

Everything is very good. The apartment is larger than what you see in the photos, very comfortable, clean and easy to access. There was always communication and any questions were resolved. The place is very quiet and even if you don't have a car, it's easy to get from one place to another. It's minutes from the San Marcos fair, food places and self-service stores. Everything is very good, they will certainly be our first choice for the coming years !!

The suite is located near downtown within walking distance, to the central government building and main Cathedral. Plenty food options and entertainment alike. Clean and secure location with parking available if needed. Recommended this location if you need to be near downtown or the state fair in April
