Waterfront vacation rentals in El Llano, Gijón

The accommodation was spacious, good communication with everything, you could hardly hear any noise. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back The parking was close. The bad thing is that with a baby, there is no elevator and it was a little narrow, especially if you go with a large car.

We had great time at this apartment. Clean, cosy and well located. We enjoyed the big park nearby. And the beach is a walk distance. It was easy to park our car at the stadium parking anytime. And we loved to discover all the beauties of Asturias region. The apparent is well equipped, we were able to cook our favourite dishes and feel like home. Diego and Llanos were always ready to answer any questions and help if we ask. Many thanks.

Spectacular views! A good apartment, very well equipped, comfortable beds. Really, everything was perfect except for a few problems with the boiler, which is asking to be retired.

Beautiful place that is close to the beach. The building is very nice and we enjoyed the space. There are many restaurants and activities around. We would recommend highly.

Perfect accommodation to see Gijon and Asturias. The beach is just across the street and everything is within walking distance. If you are traveling by car, it saves stress, as a parking space in the underground parking lot is included. Good restaurants and cafes are nearby. Marte is very nice and sent us many recommendations from the area directly.

It's a wonderful apartment in an old building in Gijón. It's perfect in terms of location, close to downtown and the beach. It is very comfortable, quiet. Communication has always been easy, fast and they have given us many facilities. It's a place to repeat :)

Great place right at the beachfront. Everything you need is there. I like it when an apartment has a washing machine, this cuts down on the amount of clothing you have to bring. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and spacious. As mentioned before though, if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring some ear plugs. WiFi was fast and reliable, more important for me than the TV. Check-in was done in person by Pilar, who was very friendly and thorough in explaining everything and brought some welcome cookies. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are in walking distance. Very much appreciated was the shop with automated storage lockers right next door. Also, if you come here to work (like I did), there is a great coworking space a five minute walk away - WAX as in Work Arena Xixon. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely come back.

Beautiful view of the beach and lots of tranquility to enjoy a well-deserved rest. Incredible property with incredible hospitality. The owner was happy to show us all the details and the property with google translate as we don’t speak great Spanish. The property was perfect beyond expectations. Would highly recommend, the bath was incredible which was further enhanced by the tranquility of the property!

We had a great week, very cozy and quiet house, very well located very close to Rodiles beach, parking next to the house, I recommend it, Mercedes was attentive to any need we could have.

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

We spent some nice days at Laura's house. The house is in a quiet, rural setting. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (for example, had already turned on the heating on our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! Communication with Antolina was very simple. He was quick to respond to messages and questions at all times. We were able to check in early because the house was perfectly prepared. It's super easy to park on the street itself. It is next to a small port and a few meters walk from the town center and about 20 minutes walk (or 4 by car) from the beach. The hose is equipped with everything you'll need. Antolina was very kind during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

The only problem was the parking, but it was well located and the apartment conditions are as explained, everything was very good except the parking

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We have fallen in love with the place, and we encourage you to book your stay with Alicia because you will be 100% delighted. Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Parking space in the building, convenient and with easy access to the internal elevator. Our children really enjoyed the bedroom equipped with some games. Friendly host, always available and responsive. Very useful tips for visiting the region and for meals. Luanco is a very nice coastal town and convenient as a base for exploring the region.

The stay in Sandra and Jorge's apartment has been wonderful. It's in a quiet spot and very close to everything. I felt right at home, everything was super clean and had everything you need.
