Hemos cuidado cada detalle con cariño para crear Tu Hogar en Gijón, ubicado frente al "Centro Municipal El Llano", con todas las comodidades a tu alcance y excelentes comunicaciones. Dispone de una gran plaza de garaje donde caben coche y moto (5,43m x 2,40m). El piso se divide en salón-cocina de 20 m²; 3 habitaciones, una de ellas con baño en suite y otra con escritorio, silla de trabajo y cama nido; 2 baños completos con ducha y ducha americana; y despensa.

Situado en el entresuelo de un edificio de 2 plantas y con 31,5 m2, consta de una habitación con cama matrimonial, un salón con amplio sofá-cama, baño, cocina y un estupendo patio ajardinado de 70 m2 para que puedas sentirte como en casa. La zona cuenta con todo tipo de servicios, supermercados, farmacias... ADVERTENCIA: No hay WIFI
